The breakfast was nice. Had a great stay. Bathrooms are dated and need an update.

The hotel itself and the room were very quaint. I am simply not used to staying at a hotel where doors are locked and when company arrives for a visit they get stopped and questioned. I am not saying this is a bad policy for the hotel to have. Again, I am merely not use to this. When I go away, I want it to feel seamless for myself and my guests who are visiting and not to feel somewhat like that of an interrogation. Had it not been for this, 5 stars would have been given.

Needs updating

Stayed 4 nights. Same continental breakfast every morning. Rooms are clean and grounds well kept. Lots of deer sightings. A little annoyed they wanted extra $ to extend our check out for 1 hour … especially after staying 4 nights. Too bad!

Beautiful, quaint inn, the breakfast nook overlooks the harbour.

Breakfast options were limited. Somewhat dated in decor and facilities. But great character, location and customer service.

Unique older inn run by caring people. Was a grand place in its day. Could be again with right operator, has a grand look.

Breakfast was great. Flooring in room was poor and we were told that the 2 person tub wasn’t to be used after 10:30 pm? Stayed here the night of our wedding , used the tub anyway. Bed was extremely hard.

The room with 2 queen beds was nice. The AC unit was loud. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The twin bed was in an alcove outside the bedroom- by the entrance door, the bathroom and the fridge. It was clean, but a hard mattress. It rained one night and water from the roof fell just outside the window onto the metal roof. Very loud, hard to sleep in the alcove. Thankfully it only rained one night.

If you are elderly, request a room on the 2nd floor - no elevator.

The Inn has seen better days. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff friendly. Needs some refresh.

The property is a little dated. Water in the shower was erratic. Linda, the owner, was very helpful. Don't know how she has the energy to do everything she has to do.

Older establishment, clean, comfortable, close to ferry and town. Only drawback no elevator.
