Friendly and efficient staff.

Breakfast was not free but we were given a 10 percent discount. We decided not to stay after a coffee but the staff didn't want to charge us for the coffee. Very nice of them!

The hotel smells of terrible cigarette smoke cover up by a lot of different air fresheners

Plenty things to do around there. Two lights were hanging by the wires shower head was all taped up no plug so you could have a bath and flooring was all chipped and ice machine was not working

Dated. Not super clean or comfortable. Just it was cheap.

Tiles in bathroom need a scrub

Smelled, dirty. Went to room which was suppose to be in new section and it was a dirty room at the front. It was a filthy flop hour Desk Kirk was dishonest about hotel Pool has been under construction for 5 years but posted a picture of a beautiful poll . Refund my money. We did not stay at this dump

The property was dirty, my room smelled like a hamster cage. The walls were stained with water damage and had drips of something. When I arrived there were doors open with several men drinking and loud. When I arrived back later that night they were drunk. I can’t believe it was $150/night!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Bedbugs, language barriers, lack of service, staff lying about room conditions. Wouldn't stay here again for a gazillion dollars 👎👎👎👎

Asked for a renovated room but if that was renovated wouldn’t have wanted to see the other rooms. There was mold on the walls and baseboards and the baseboards were very dirty the bedskirts were all black . The halls were dirty and had a foul smell. Never again!

Staff was pleasant, hotel was in shambles, no pillow cases, smells of smoke. This place needs work. Should not be advertised on Expedia!

The room was cleaned.The staffs were friendly and nice. I would stay again.

This hotel was terrible. When we arrived the hallway and stairs were filthy and looked like they had never seen a vacuum in their life. The room itself had a smell about it. The baseboard and walls were filthy. There was marks in the walls and holes where things had been screwed in and never patched. The bed was beyond uncomfortable and had only two pillows and one blanket. One of the chairs at the desk was broken and the back had no wood in it. We went to look at the pool and discovered paper tacked up covering the windows to cover up an empty pool with tiles torn down everywhere. There was no mention of this at any time. We had no other option for the night but we could not wait to get up and get out of that place. Would never return.

We asked for missing items in our room. Was advised housekeeping would be up and they never arrived. The bathroom is old and moldy. Beds were clean as was the overall room. Floors were in disrepair with chips off the click flooring. Not very appealing accomodations.
