캠핑 - 샬레 라크 생-오거스틴

퀘벡 근교의 별장과 캠핑촌이 함께 어우려져 있는 멋있는 장소. 호숫가를 끼고 있어 카누나 모터 보트를 즐길수 있다. 별장내에는 모든 제반 시설이 갖추어져 있어 특별히 따로 준비해 갈건 음식 뿐. 렌트 가격도 좋은 추천할만한 장소.

The cottage overall is cute. Just a few dirty items...the coffee pot was dirty and in the fidge was a little dirty. But thi being said, i would still come back. It was peaceful sitting around the fire at nite.

Having stayed here in 2016, I had an idea of what to expect. The property has since changed hands. On a positive note it does seem that the new ownership is investing in improving some aspects of this park. (new pool and casse-croute). We stayed in the same cabin as 2016 and very little had changed. The TV is no longer in the cabin (21), and the cabin needs a few repairs (leaky bathroom faucet, a burner not working) Laundry rooms in the park could use a cleanup to remove the cob webs etc. I hope that the new owners will take the time to read this feedback and i also want to say that overall I enjoy the convenience of the location and nearby Quebec City for a family vacation. Would still recommend for a family.

Booked through Expedia, on our arrival day we were running late and they called to tell us they made a map for us of where our cabin was and had the key on the table. Great communication and service

Super belle endroit super calme bien situé, près de tout, personnel agréable et à l'écoute , chalet propre et chaleureux, Point fort les animaux son accepté point bémol , le matelas étais trop dur a mon goût a moi,

We had a cabin right on the water. It was very quaint and peaceful. I was happy we could take our dogs with us too. We were at the very end of the lot and that may be why our wifi reception was really poor. I would go there again. It's about a half hour drive from Quebec city. Front desk was friendly and helpful and have is directions and tips where to park

Das Chalet war sehr klein, wahrscheinlich weil wir nur zu zweit waren. Unseres war nicht auf den Bildern. Es war sauber und der Empfang super. Für 1-2 Nächte ok. Beim Check out war niemand dort und das Büro abgeschlossen, jedoch sollte es offen sein gemäss Öffnungszeiten. Zum Glück kam jemand, er hat dann jemanden angerufen dass das Office besetzt wird.

La vue sur le lac tres beau point de vu restautent mediocre pas de dejeuner et la bouffe pas vraimemt bonne puis le service de la cantine le gars ne parle pas francais pizza pas mangeable rien de se que tu demande pour mettre sur la pizza est dedans

Chalet un peu vetuste mais éloignés du bruit de la route et à proximité de Montréal. L'environnement près du lac est très agréable. Malheureusement le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chalet

La situation est intéressante, l'équipement est correct, ....mais c'est SALE ! ....et là, c'est inadmissible.

A nice, basic 1 bdrm cottage. A couple annoyances ... WIFI was dubious for the period when we wanted to use it. And the sofa (which I think was actually a hide-a-bed) was ridiculously uncomfortable, unless you like sitting at a 20-degree tilt towards the middle. Was far more comfortable to sit on the hard wooden kitchen chair.

Our cabin did not look like any of the ones in the 98 photos on the website - it was filthy and had decor from over 25 years ago (judging by the dates on the magazines that were still in the drawer). The manager said they had recently bought the business and hadn't remodelled all the cabins yet - they obviously haven't cleaned them yet either. "Free toiletries" = shower gel dispenser - not even any handsoap. It was a nice location but a real let down not to get what we thought we'd paid (a rather expensive price) for.

C'était un beau petit chalet au bord de l'eau mais très désapointé qu'on pouvait pas se baigner. Aussi, nous voulions acheter des verres de terre pour la pêche et personne ne savait oû en acheter.

Nice campground. Just next to the lake. And near quebec old city around 20 mins drive. I like this place.

The cabin was great. The property is just 20-25 min away from historical Quebec, and you get a peace and quite of the cottage almost in the city.

Séjour au chalet no 11. Chalet très malpropre. Il y avait des excréments sur la porte de la salle de bain. Sauce à spaghetti sur les murs. Portes et comptoirs sales. L'air climatisé était tellement sale que nous avions mal à la gorge. Après investigation, nous avons nettoyé le filtre du mieux qu'on pouvait. Chalet no 11 à côté du casse-croute qui possède un air climatisé très bruyant. Impossible de relaxer. Le bruit est assourdissant. J'ai fait une plainte et j'ai eu la propriétaire qui est venue se plaindre que c'était pas de sa faute qu'elle louait le casse-croûte et le monsieur du casse-croûte qui dit que lui 'il loue' à la propriétaire. L'enfer! Ils se renvoyaient la balle.Ils ont finalement posé un 'mur' pour couper le bruit mais ça marchait pas du tout. Il y avait une odeur de pourri dans le chalet. Il manquait un coude en dessous du lavabo de cuisine. Pas de mitaine de four, pas de BBQ (sur location seulement au charbon), grille-pain qui fonctionne une fois sur 2, kayak ne vaut pas la location à 10$\heure (trop usagé). Chalet très petit. Les photos sont trompeuses. Pas ou peu de commodités.L'emplacement (près de Québec et en face du Lac) est le seul point positif.
