Additional food for breakfast please? Nice staff and maintain cleanliness always!

Large complex, unfortunately the 2nd level room booked was not accessible. No elevator and no hand rail on one side.

Continental breakfast closed 1 hr early. Tub fills up when showering. Poor water pressure. Floor uneven feels like you’re on a slamp. Very tight room.

Room was spacious and clean but needed work/updating. Plumbing in the shower was extremely hard to turn on, pop up drain plug was broken had to use something to prop it to keep it open to drain, towels were old and well used, clean but old..patio door did not lock and the phone was not working. Loved the location and free breakfast. Also very close to all amenities.

Very nice, clean rooms. The lounge onsite was a plus. We like to play the slots so it was nice to have them right there! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is very tired looking. Tv wouldn’t work, staff said remote needed new batteries. Never came. Two lamps in bedroom would not turn on. Bedding grayish, not white as it’s supposed to be. Shower goes from hot to cold at random.

The place is reasonable for its price. I’d love to return, but I hope the cleanliness and room conditions improve. It’s not dirty, but it’s not the level of cleanliness I expect, and the carpet smell is off.

This was a nice place. It's not fancy but it was perfectly clean, pretty quiet and had included hot breakfast. Staff were pretty nice - one lady in particular was very friendly and was able to recommend a local place to eat and a few ideas for outings, which I appreciate. The breakfast was the same every day but that's ok - the quality was pretty good even though it wasn't a ton of variety. The room was not huge but it was big enough and had a mini-fridge and microwave (yippee). The mattress was a little lumpy but also ok. It was very clean, no bugs and very quiet. The only things I would have liked to be improved was: #1 a streaming service on the TV! Yikes! Who watches regular tv channels anymore?! There was nothing on so I watch Netflix on my tiny phone screen (poor me, I know). #2 the front desk said they didn't have change for larger cash bills so it was harder to leave tips. I just opted to not have the room cleaned until I checked out and left one tip. So bring small bills. Other than that it was good. Simple. No water in the pool as it was end of May and COLD! Good location, close to the airport, restaurants and the downtown as long as you have a car.

The rooms were nice - we liked the extra patio door - that was a really nice touch. The extra vanity, dressing table, bar sink and dinnerware were also very nice touches. The breakfast was great - we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant/breakfast room. Pool didn’t look in great shape and it wasn’t open when we arrived, but it was good to see maintenance staff getting it painted and ready the day that we were checking out. It looks like it would make a great addition to one’s stay during the summer season.

The stay was great. Overall loved it.
