객실은 다른 곳과 비교해 별 차이가 없었는데 그에비해 조식이 너무 부실해서 정말 먹을 게 없었어요. 씨리얼도 별로. 빵도 맛이 하나도 없고... 그게 다 .

The room was actually OK. No breakfast as advertised, but be carefull as they scammed me. The room was very inexpensive, but they made an additional unauthorized charge of $52.50 on my credit card. When I asked them about it, they said there was a stain on a facecloth and a sheet which there was not. I never even used a facecloth and the sheet was not stained. I guess that is how they get more money out of travelers. Shamefull. I have a dispute registered with my credit card company.

Weird smell, questionable tidiness , a constantly running water source and drag racing on MacLeod trail make this a feast for the senses.

We had an issue with the radiator in our room. Made a loud bang every 3-5 minutes. After a nightmare of trying to move rooms at 1 am, being told there’s no rooms available, we finally got switched to a different room. The smell of cigarette smoke was absolutely horrid. Dealt with the awful staff until 3am when we finally had to leave for another hotel. The sheets were also covered in stains and there was a mouse trap in our room. This was 3 days ago and the manager still refuses to contact me. I have to do a charge back on my credit card now. Will never stay here again. They make Expedia look bad.

I had to leave the hotel due to unreasonable staff. First the place was a complete dive. And they were trying to charge me $500 deposit, and $85 for the room. Which is absolutely ridiculous considering the condition of the hotel.im filing a complaint today.

It was ok place to stay in short trip, do not recommend for family with kids neither with pets, overal is a good place to stay for a short trip.

Really cheap price but questionable guests in other rooms. Thin walls, could hear people arguing. Did not see where to put on the heat so woke up cold. Dingy rooms with torn chair.

The rooms were very dirty, there was no proper heating, and they even deducted a fine for using their towel improperly, which didn’t make any sense. Additionally, Expedia mentioned that breakfast was included, but when I checked in, they told me they don’t offer breakfast.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences that I had. I paid for breakfast but reception told me that we doing server breakfast. Also, the wifi in my room was broken.

Very clean and simple place to stay. Nothing fancy but a clean place to shower and sleep as we had to come into town for an emergency hospital visit at the Rockyview Hospital close by.

Website Description says - Break Fast included in the price and they will provide. But they don't provide and says it's a misprint on the website.

Got a kitchenette that I couldn't use. Immediately complained and was to sorry, can't help you. Sent photos to the booking app, who reached out to the hotel owner. Sink was so small I couldn't even wash anything besides a small bowl or plate. No pans as they were too big. Kitchen sink from the apartment, plus the apartments on the 2nd floor right above my room, drains into the tub, then down the system due to bad plumbing. That's right,,, the wash water with grease and every thing flows into the tub first, then down the drain. Owner runs a snake down the line instead of filling the kitchen sink, and says it's ok. Was washing my dishes in the tub instead of the kitchen sink. Left after I got another place through the app, and owner refuses to refund the unused days of my rental stay citing no refunds. Will be reporting him to the Calgary board of health for failing to have proper living standards in his rooms due to poor drainage, and will be getting legal advice for legally going after the owner. If you're looking for a kitchenette, please go somewhere else as these kitchens aren't usable when it's time to washing your dishes. Should have reads all the negative reviews first. Will never go back. Included photos of the sink size with dishes and stuff, 1 with the water from the sink in the tub, and one from the marks left behind after being forced to wash my dishes in the tub because of the super small kitchen sink size

The place is old. No proper lighting. Parking is okay. Please dont pay more for tbis hotel to avail complementary breakfast. They dont have it. Rooms are small as compared to other hotels in tbe city. You will see lots of patch works on the wall in the room and washrooms. Wont recommend.
