This was my favourite stay of my trip hands down. I was able to get it for a very reasonable price considering the location so I wasn’t expecting much based on the price, I was very pleasantly surprised The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable which was definitely needed after several hours of travelling. Environment was quiet and peaceful - exactly what I was looking for on my vacation. The hotel was conveniently located within range of restaurants, attractions and hikes I wanted to see. I will most definitely be back next year for my annual trip to the island.

A little dated inside but the property itself is beautiful and clean and good value.

Very clean, quiet and lovely view. The staff are excellent. The bathroom is newly renovated, spacious and modern. The rooms are newly renovated as well. Pillows are soft and bed is comfortable. Reception guy Kit was accommodating.

Ive stayed here a number of times. It is convenient, clean and modern.

The hotel is right on the quiet marina and in a great location. I love how subtly clean and restful the rooms are. I believe they use cleaning products from the business across the street, so the sheets are crisp white and the room has a faint clean mint scent. Love it! Nice staff. Thumbs up!

Great location. Near all the Ukee shops and restaurants. About a 10 min walk. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with our first room because of a smell but got accommodated to another clean room right away. The staff were friendly. Otherwise, the place is central but could benefit from building upgrades. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely place with family

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, but thin walls; could hear others guests talking (our neighbor knocked on our door before 11:00 p.m. asking us to be quieter - we were talking in normal voices as we were winding down to go to bed. It should not have sounded that loud.) Our view was beautiful and the staff were warm and welcoming. Good parking. The community kitchen was an interesting and nice addition; it was large and fairly well equipped, a nice option for those mooring at their docks. We often travel with a few breakfast items for simplicity and the ability to toast our bagels and refreeze our ice packs was convenient. The only complaint about the kitchen was that the garbage wasn’t emptied and it smelled badly of fish and garbage, and the dish cloths hadn’t been refreshed on the second day-they had been well used the day before. It was relatively clean else from that (users are expected to clean after themselves). The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The layout was very nice, if a little dated. We were upgraded to a suite with a loft which was useful because we had a friend join us for one of the nights. Overall a very pleasant experience. We would absolutely stay again.

The friendly and helpful staff are amazing. Cozy and comfortable beds with a bonus loft (in our room) with two single beds offers extra space for a family or friends. The balconies all face the harbour and mountain landscape beyond. The separate sink to the bathroom is very efficient for people getting ready in the morning. The water pressure in the shower is incredible! Updates amenities, relaxing atmosphere, great access to restaurants and nearby shops. Modern meets rustic.

Check-in was easy, no confusion.

Property is average level motel with some rooms with a view of the Uculet docks. Shower and toilet is separate from the sink. Room seems only able to cool via leaving the back door open (the thermostat does nothing). A wood burning fireplace with no logs is available. Very little electrical outlets so you need to figure if you want 2 of either the fridge, keurig or microwave to work but not all 3. Disliked that I had paid for a water view room and was initially given a parking lot view with an angled view of the water. Had to remind the front staff that I had paid and wanted a water view and will not take the parking lot view. Room service was not offered and was told at check-out that I should have asked.

Staff was very helpful, the facility is older but being renovated, loved the shared kitchen idea (though we did not use as only there 1 night).
