Location is great. Clean and safe place

The place is not the cleanest, the walls are peeling the floors are falling appart, but if your not picky and you want cheap thisbis the rout to go.

The paint was peeling off the wall the tv was all really dirty , so much noise outside until 3:40am could not sleep , access to the place was very difficult and we paid over 300$ because of the marathon and really it's worth well under $100

The location is great however the condition of the room was a little sad. I had to chase down my check in information the morning of my stay. Even though they say they’ll send an e-mail 24hours prior. The bedding had stains on it. The flooring in the room was in very poor condition. The bathroom was very pokey and not exceptionally clean. Overall the property has potential but at the moment it’s falling short of value for money.

When you think of a suite, you think of an elegant room. This was far from it. The floor looked like it had water damage and was very uneven, with appliances propped up on their corners. The sheets were dirty, stains were on the curtains and it just had an overall unpleasant odor and vibe. The screaming outside and homeless people blocking the door didn't help. The location was fantastic and check-in was easy..but I wouldn't come back. It might be okay for a night but nothing long term.

Actually the floor of the room need to be installed new or fix it. Flooring has gaps. Microwave and fridge was not working. We couldn't finish our food as it was cold and couldn't warm it because microwave was not working. There was no shower gel in the bottle. Basic amenities were missing.

It was a nice experience.

pas de papier dans les toilettes. la couverture sur le lit un peu sale avec une petite dechirure. sol en mauvais etat. chauffage insuffisant. vous dites qu'il y a pas de reception après la reservation. vous cachez des infos pendant la reservation pour les donner après.

Badly maintained. Cabinet doors falling off, huge gaps in flooring, smoke alarm taped over, open wires hanging down in hall and room, walls heavily gouged and black soot under the window, dirty floors, cigarette burn marks on nightstand. Whole thing needs to be repaired and repainted. Not worth the price compared to other suites in the area.

Portable AC should be removed (November) this would allow better closure of front window cutting on street noise and cold draft over bed area

I couldn’t even do check in

I couldn't even get inside the hotel room, I didn't know there was going to be no receptionist! I arrived at midnight, and there was no one there!

I don't own a smart phone. They sent me an e-mail with my building code and apartment code before I left. I get there and they re-issued my building code one hour before I arrived. They shouldn't have done that. Tried the code they sent me 20 times and of course the door won't open. Had to find a pay phone and called the number. No one answered. Expedia tried calling, no answer. I had to book another hotel and will be filling for a refund.

As a female solo traveller, the entrance to this property was concerning for me. There were apparent junkies at the entrance every time I was trying to enter and they watched me try to input the door code which made me very uncomfortable. With that being said, there are lots of security cameras inside the building. It very much feels like an apartment building as well, not a hotel vibe. The room itself was rundown. The couch had a stain on it, one of the kitchen cupboards was broken, the fan was broken and some of the flooring was not done properly. However, for the price in Ottawa this place is fantastic. I wouldn't recommend staying here for honey moon or anything fancy, but for a quick stay, it has a bed, a functioning kitchen and the location is unbeatable (other than the front door). Parking is also not included. I parked in the mall overnight and had to pay so factor that into your costs. Again this is a great stay for the price and I would stay again but as a female solo traveller, I wouldn't want to arrive by night.

A bit difficult to find the entrance and although I followed the instructions to the letter to enter the room at 3 pm the code in the room door was not working. Moreover, as I was taking a nap an attendant opened the door so I had to go out and clarify I was the traveller who booked the room. This person was confused but helpful as she reprogrammed the code to the door and it has been working since then. Ok place to spend a night but quite noisy location and poor condition of the floors and entrance hall, will likely not book again

Showed up no reception nobody answered phone at number listed front entrance full of needles on stairways ended up cancelling & staying somewhere else
