Place was alright. Easy check in. Did enjoy being in ground floor for mobility. However, it was a converted office, can clearly see the office vents that were taped over with bags and tape. No ventilation at all or fan provided. The blind on the door got caught in the doorway and tripped an adult twice. They are good, but can be a saftey issue for an elder.

Walking distance to the harrison lake and Restourants . Clean unit to stay with family,Had water leakage problem from ceiling during the 1 night stay and other broken things in the suite, called the manager's no. provided but nobody answered. Got text message, only give us a option to checkout and and get the refund or call expedia.as mentioned on expedia , there is no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, no iorn and board in suite. Overall under average experience with this property.

Well, it was very cold in the unit. There’s no separate heat control. It was not very clean and there were no pictures on the walls. It’s just white bare walls. Only lights in the main area were bright florescent lights for a business. This unit was originally a business space that they have made a unit to sleep in. We were so cold our entire stay. Not a warm welcoming space. Needs heat, artwork on the walls some lamps and maybe a area rug. No coffee for the coffee machine either. On top they advertise a second tv in the bedroom. There wasn’t a second TV at all.

Very clean unit but no thermostat that we could find and was chilly. As well, no parking lot fob available even though there was supposed to be, so had to find street parking. Check out time was too early (10am) and no flexibility on the time without paying for an extra night.

It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite.
