Fantastic staff: customer service excellence. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Chateau Nova Peace River is a well maintained and kept hotel. While they don't have a pool or hottub and does not include a breakfast, it is definitely a higher end hotel that is worth staying at. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Both times no internet. Afternoon staff person useless. But day shift staff are great.

The first room they gave us has the dirtiest mattress i have ever seen, i walked in checked it , called the front desk and demanded a different room, they came immediately and moved us to a room the manager had checked, it had food under the couch , under the table as well, a key card and hair elastic were under the couch, dust covered everything, stains on the wall.... housekeeping is a joke at this hotel......

Was a little concerned upon entering the building due to people loitering about at the front entryway and in the lobby who didn’t seem to be staying there. Additionally despite the hotel being newer it wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom sink wasn’t very clean and there was some kind of dirt on what was to be fresh toilet paper. The positives were the kind and considerate staff who offered us to change rooms and honored a complimentary breakfast which tasted very good.

We love supporting local businesses, and every time we visit Peace River we choose to stay at Chateau Nova. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. We had almost no sleep due to extremely loud neighbors who were arguing throughout the entire night. We called the front desk multiple times to report the noise — at 11 PM, again at 3 AM, then at 5 AM, and again around 7 AM. Despite repeatedly asking for help with the situation, the noise continued. When we mentioned the issue to the front desk agent during checkout, no solution or compensation was offered, which was very disappointing. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because the breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing. If you are traveling with your family and hoping for a quiet night’s rest, you may want to consider staying somewhere else.
