This is our second time staying here. Clean, secure, accessible space, and a good stocked kitchen. Sonny quickly responded to our need for his assistance in getting the heat setting to work and he followed up thirty minutes later to make sure that we were comfortable.

Clean convenient location & excellent check in!!

This accomodation had appealed to me because of the location, the secure gate, and the sauna. They lived up to all my expectations. I think it's a real hidden gem. I stayed on the ground floor in 101. I sat on my comfortable clean couch, watching sea lions feast on salmon on the river. How amazing is that? I also really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the front desk check in.

Spacious well kept unit with a fabulous view of Campbell River

Property has a wonderful balcony overlooking the river, extremely clean unit. Plenty of room, management and staff were very nice.

Great view of the river. Could have had more pillows on the beds only came with 2 on each queen bed. The beds are very soft.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Netter Empfang und viele Tipps für Ausflüge oder Sehenswertes. Nicht extrem sauber (viele Haare und Staub) Gut eingerichtet wenn man kochen möchte. Schön gelegen am Fluss. Leider sehr ringhörig. Grosszügige Grösse (ausser Schlafzimmer)

Clean and well equipped, comfortable beds. Front bedroom needs blackout shades.

We were looking for a quiet place with a bit more room to stay in during a family event. This venue provided a very clean, quiet location. Centrally located. The neighborhood is a bit older, but once inside rooms are very clean, some of the furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable. And, it had air conditioning, in room sauna, and some units had washer:dryer. There are a Limited number of units - (6) so book in advance. Our balcony overlooked the Campbell River. Bald Eagles flew right past our location on the river. (Photo or our view.) Close to marina, casino, hiking, grocery store and restaurant. Bill helped check us in on site. He was very patient with our late arrival. Also spoke with sunny / she provided great advanced info. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again! Thank you.

It’s a lovely place and we would go back again. We were on the ground floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the two bedrooms are very light. We sleep in the dark and there was a lot of light coming in from the windows and the above neighbors you can hear everything which we did not mind. 😊

Lots of space and our view of the river off the back patio was wonderful. The owners were so nice and incredibly helpful, even helping us with an unexpected flat tire! We’d stay again!

My fiance and I spent 2 nights there. It was a super convenient, cozy and clean place. The host was really friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A river touch property charmed us since timenwe entered the place. You might not be able to guess what you might discover as you enter the property. It was very well kept and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with utilities. We had an amazing stay. I did wish the checkin and checkout time were more flexible and longer, so we could have enjoyed the property vicinity more.

Really nice and new, well-kept space with amenities like kitchen and private sauna, plus view of the river was so nice. Super safe-feeling and hosts were welcoming and kind.

This property is clean, very well kept and just what we needed for our family trip to Campbell River. The caretaker Sunny was kind, courteous & professional. Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a security gate, so we felt that our vehicle was secure during our stay.

Excellent visit. Beautiful location, right on the river. The in-room sauna was a delight. Highly recommended
