위치만베스트 아무리레지던스라지만 청소요청하면 해준댓는데 청소안해주고 수건도 받으러 내가가야되고 그것마저 아침도안된다 밤도안된다 오후에오라하고 없는거많고 근데 의외로 아침이 먹을게잇엇음요

This was ideal for a quick summer trip. the room was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day.

Great location dated rooms

There was fake fire emergency and we had to walk down 21 floors for nothing.

It was the perfect location for us to walk to transit and to downtown. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked fantastic!

Chestnut Residence is very close to all the places that I want to go and see, it is affordable, breakfast buffet is very good and our room was good size although it’s lacking the basic appliances such as kettle, microwave, TV and small fridge… overall, it was good! I would stay here again and recommend thus to my family and friends.

Great location with affordable rate , the staffs are nice and friendly, breakfast is great. Room is cleaning only the mattress is kinda soft other than that everything is great

A perfect location with a great

Very good hotel

This was great for the price - good but inexpensive, very central and walkable, a full breakfast offering each morning. The rooms are dorms (more basic than a hotel) but I spend my vacation time exploring, and only return to my accommodations to sleep. This fit the bill for me just right.

This is a decent place to stay for a day or two if you can't afford anything else (Toronto is expensive). The room was bare-bones, but it had a bed and a bathroom, which is what a person needs! The breakfast was institutional, with minimal gluten-free options (I ended up with a few slices of melon and some little potato things). The room was chilly from the air conditioning, but I couldn't figure out how to turn it down, and turning it off wasn't really an option that day. Overall, it's okay.

We stayed at Chestnut for a week while visiting Toronto in July. It's located in a great location, about a thirty minute walk to the Rogers Center and many other attractions. The breakfast buffet offered many selections and was always tasty.

Excellent affordable accommodations in Toronto. Great location. Food that’s fantastic, all you can eat breakfast included! Beds are less comfortable than I normally would wish for, but that said, it is a university dorm and expected. This would not deter me from staying again. Great visit.

Very basic accommodation at a low price (for Toronto).

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the windows can't be opened, so the next morning you'll smell a very musty odor。No one cleaned the trash at the table area by the elevator and the tables were not clean。The only good thing is the location, area downtown and close to public transportation

The Chestnut Residence is located in a fantastic area and the staff is excellent. The lobby and dining areas are nice, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. But the room...... I know they are dorm rooms, but there were holes in our walls, in our curtains and in the bath towels. Big holes! Neither the sink or tub had a plug to stop the water from going down the drain. The electric outlets were few and located in difficult to access spots - behind desks and under the beds. The shower head needed to be replaced and the sink had cracks in it. We knew ahead of time that the room didn't have a TV, microwave or refrigerator with was fine, but the facility didn't have a working ice machine. We would probably stay there again because of the price and convenience, but I would hope the room would be in better repair.
