Great little motel walking distance to many things

Slippery staircases, unswept as well.

At the time of booking on Expedia, it says it has breakdast included. But at check in, we were informed that they don't have breakfast. That messed up our morning plans. Not sure, if its expedia's fault that there was no audit about what goes on the listing or owner's. It misguided basically. We could have booked something else which was charging similar but won't lie about services offered.

Nice for the price point

It was a basic dated hotel, with great internet access. The beds were just ok and the bath room was small but good. The price was the best feature. If you need a cheap basic place to stay it's the perfect place to stay. Right on the main hyway thru town it was still quiet.

This hotel is quite dated. It was surprising to see a full size refrigerator.

The only positive thing a person could say is that the bed was clean and comfortable.

Overall the stay was not bad, check in was alright and they had a later check in time which was nice but there was a misunderstanding and they thought ibwas only staying the one night not two. Office was dirty, room was alright a little old but pretty clean the bed was very clean and conformable which is the main thing!

The price was decent, but the ceilings were cracked, flooring was used for the shower stall, old cracking paint, it is desperately in need of a complete renovation. Pretty much a dump vibe, but it was clean!

Very good place to stay. Toilet flushes a bit slow but no issues otherwise.

Clean affordable room.

Look, it’s a little run down, the carpet was lifting in some places, and the bathroom door of our room looked a little rough. You get what you pay for. The staff were friendly and the management were accommodating. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfy. I’ve stayed at some dirtbag hotels before while travelling in the states for work and this place is an upgrade. Don’t expect 5 star at $89 a night. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town visiting family.

Bad

The bed linens and towels were spotless, but the carpet was scary dirty. The bathroom was very clean.

The convenience , location

Dirty floors, broken/damaged furniture. Very out dated.Few guests seemed to be more permanent.Do not recommend, will not stay agai. Worth paying extra to the best western

Has a Smitty's Restaurant with great Breakfast buffet. Very dated property - quiet but not elderly friendly - low toilets, old style tubs with hot/cold taps (not pressure balanced). No coffee left in room, when we got coffee for room coffee maker not working. No screens on windows. Light in bathroom took long time to come on. Flexible on checkout time. Beds comfortable. TV worked properly without any issues. One of the dresser drawers didn't have a bottom! Somewhat scary steps to 2nd level 1/2 concrete and 1/2 wood. Lots of peeling paint. Church near by, some amenities (liquor store).
