Stayed in room 412, incredible! Spacious, well-appointed, soaker tub, bed so comfortable that I did not want to budge. My only criticism is that there wasn’t a spare blanket in the room (for example, stored in one of the two large closets). I realize I could have asked the front desk staff but I didn’t want to trouble them at night for a non-urgent issue. Front desk staff were very helpful and housekeeping staff very friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

I will never stay here again and urge anyone else to chose other lodging. We checked into our room very late at night and after taking nearly an hour to check in, we were all exhausted. The first thing I noticed when walking through the hallways were a very pungent a smell of urine and marijuana. Walking into our room, we immediately noticed garbage left from the previous guest. Since it was so late we just wanted to sleep and did a quick check of the bedding and went to bed. In the morning, we left the hotel to go get breakfast ano the smell of urine was even stronger. The "security" on our hall was standing in a corner on his phone every time we saw him and people were constantly walking around acting inebriated. Upon returning, we began to strip the beds for housekeeping and shower and I was absolutely horrified at what I found. There were clear feces stains on 2 of the beds and what appeared to be mold in the shower. We brought up our concerns with the unpleasant front desk clerk and simply said oh I will check with housekeeping and immediately dismissed me. I paid nearly $400 for this room and in the least I would expect a clean environment. I am so incredibly disgusted and disappointed.
