Average property. Could use pool as the water was cold.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you have kids, this is the place to go cause it is so family friendly. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, don't book here but for us, we just wanted a place to lay our heads and the staff were awesome, breakfast was good and parking was free. We would definitely book here again.

I was really looking forward to having a fireplace in the room since that is what the picture showed but there was no fireplace. The room was very run down and dingy. The mattress was so old that it was saggy and super uncomfortable to sleep on. The heart shaped jacuzzi was nice and did work. The breakfast was basically an egg sandwich or cereal and toast. Free parking was a bonus.

It's the area, walking distance to everything and everywhere we go.Good customer service. The room is a bit old but decent enough to stay.

Very good place

We did not stay the night because the building is not secured. Our tub had standing water in it when we arrived. Carpets are all wrinkled up and I trip on it and almost bashed my head in. Could hear everything through the walls. Wall paper and paint all cracking and peeling everywhere. Unsanitary. On the bright side the front desk was amazing. Customer service great the rest was very poor

Would just like to know when I book with hotel.com I get put in room's that need to be redone. Was but on the 4th floor at the far end with nobody else on the floor. Had no fridge, no microwave.

The place is very run down. Room wasn’t clean. The drapes has gross splatter everywhere. The bathroom drop ceiling was all stained the toilet seat had what looked like a burnt patch on it. Even the bath plug was disgusting. They’re $1. Two of the lamp shades had tears or wholes in it. The beds weren’t comfortable. No one mentioned the water passes were good the full day you check in. You do not have to wait to check in. We got there around dinner time and found out so we only had 3 hours on Sunday to go to the park it opens at 12 and passed end at 3pm. The hotel is loud because of the open concept lobby which your sliding doors back on and it smelled like a locker room from the water I’m guessing . The breakfast was good. It looks like an old elementary school converted. Needs an overhaul or at minimum beds and blinds. So disappointed. Went up for my boyfriend’s son’s 8th birthday. Very disappointed

Was easy to park and able to come and go from hotel to different attractions

Maybe not the most up to date but for the price it’s extremely close and you get free parking, wifi and breakfast for 1/3 of the price of other hotels

Overall a great place to stay , breakfast was great The room we stayed in was a bit warn and could use an updated , couch and other furniture Ice bucket was cracked which led to water on the dresser not a big deal We’d stay there again , it was a great location close to the falls

The pool hours were supposed to be open until 10pm. I showed up at the pool at 8pm and it was locked. No one was at the front desk to let me in so I never went swimming. Breakfast tucked.

Property looks really outdated. Manager was nice We lost our vouchers for the buffet and arcade he just replaced it without a fuss.

Breakfast area was small and very busy. Staff put away early even if you were in the middle of grabbing food. Old and outdated, but clean. Shower was broken, maintenance was quick and efficient.

I’d stay here again. I chose this hotel because of the free parking. The rooms are average, and a bit rough looking but not at all dirty. The pool and lobby are nice, and the walk to the falls was great. Plus it was a nice surprise that we could see the New Year’s Eve fire works show from our room!
