Front desk on checkin was less than welcoming, checkout was pleasant. Parking was plentiful.

Nice property here and friendly staff.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. Our first visit went much better. This time our room had a big hole in the ceiling where you could see pipes, the pullout out bed felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks, the toilet was clogged and the pool was still not up and running which made our three kids very unhappy after a 13 hour day of driving. The staff however were super friendly.

Breakfast wss a joke nothing warm and if youre lucky youll still have muffins after all local workers dug in. Paperthin walls and ceiling/floors so we had to be moved to a room with no one above us since we could hear them talk and move around and close/open the cabinet doors. When we asked to get a refund/cancellation about 1-2hours after check in and we were simply forced to move to another room with no other choice/option. Beds are on springs so forget the "pillowtop" since we felt like we were on a trampoline everytime we moved a toe! It was as hard as a plank. Staff were borderline rude but still fixed the problem by moving us. The receptionnist was half the time present and had to call in to get service. If youre lucking not to travel during winter then youre fine. But we did and the entrance and parking was clearly never ever plowed which led to snow accumulation everywhere with trail craters and holes everywhere like it was Baghdad

Clean and quiet rooms. Simple breakfast. Always a good stop on our travels.

Ice machine Broken on 3rd floor, Pool was down, Juice dispenser broken in breakfast bar, curtains had holes in them. Furniture was dirty and stained. One of the staff called me to advise they may not have a room for me as i did not book directly with the hotel. I booked it more than 3 months before my stay. Luckily they accomodated.

Pool is not working and has not been for awhile. No room key provided so had to be let in by front desk staff. Ice machine broken.

Ice machines, vending machines broken, door to room missing plate on lock, hair on bed sheets, stains on chair, coffee cups & glasses too small for keurig machine. Pool is advertised & has not been open for long time.

rooms were deglected: Dirty condoms beside night stand upon check in, no Kleenex and couldn't get more, front desk ladies were mean and nasty talking to 11yr old children. Hotel is ran like a prison and children or parents aren't allowed to visit or hangout in the hallways. Mini sticks is zero tolerance everywhere. Breakfast is horrible and most of the prepackaged items (banana bread, cookies, etc) were 2 months passed due dates. My family and most friends being are first time visitors and with the only patrons of the hotel that weekend being for hockey and the foul treatment we all received it will be the first and last stay for us. Save yourself and drive 15mins into Peace River.

The room was nice. But pool has been on maintenance for last year. Ice maker was down. No pop or snacks cause vending machine was down. Need some serious management upgrades

Bed was comfortable but bathroom tub drain was not working. Had to take a shower ina friends room.
