Was supposed to receive an email 48 hours before check-in as there is no front desk at this hotel - did not receive email. Once arrived had to call the number three times before somebody finally answered. Then had to wait for lady to come take us up to our room. There was no parking left in the parking lot for the hotel so we had to park way down the road and pay which was not stated in the reservation listing. The room was not great - dirty Kleenex left on the table, floor floors were disgusting (it was like they had been swept or mopped in a month), coffee maker but no mugs - got annoyed when we asked for mugs. When checking out how to take keys to the restaurant - had to wait about 15 minutes because nobody would come to the door and I finally walked back to the kitchen door and yelled hello till finally somebody came out. The location of this hotel is great. But there needs to be more services and more communication with hotel guest..

The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Suites, our room was recently renovated, modern and clean, the location was convenient being right downtown, and the staff were terrific, courteous, professional and eager to make sure we had great stay.

The room was amazing and the stay was amazing as well. The only negative feature about the room was that there was a huge Crabby Joe's LED board that stays on all night long outside. However, they have done their best with resolving this issue with lots of retractable blinds that block out most of this lighting. The staff at Crabby Joes were amazing as well and were very helpful when needed.

Great people and the rooms we got were clean and nice

Everything was fabulous! No complaints, the room was clean and spacious, shower water nice n hot! Parking great and easy access to to room from the front and back. Also enjoyed the deck. Definitely would return to stay here

Clean room

We had a great experience staying at Coastal Suites. The room looks modern and clean. We’ll be back! :)

Quiet and very clean, perfect balcony attached!

The pictures are deceiving. The actual finishes are not well done, and our room was on an obvious slant. We did not realize it was located above a restaurant. The noise was fine at night with the TV on, but loud early morning when our room was quiet and they were setting up for breakfast. Tried to have a shower. Cranked the controls to as hot as possible and the water was tepid at best. That happened when we first got there and in the following morning. The door stop in the floor by the shower is an accident waiting to happen. It isn’t secured to the floor safely and is centred in front of the entrance to the shower. The Smart Lock unlocked the door, but it would only open half the time. The location was great, but we will never stay there again.

Check in information was not provided. When I asked on the day of check in, it took them a week to respond. I had to call and it was still unclear. The room was eventually fine but not in great shape.

LOUD. No help from a very rude manager. I would sleep in my truck before I stayed here again.

Spotless room .

The location is great, in the middle of the “strip”…the room is clean but basic, if that matters to you. Check in and out was easy (they are located above Crabby Joes and you just go to hostess stand for your key), the room has a fridge and Keurig with pods, which was nice to have. Note - it can be loud with the restaurant right below you, it did keep my husband awake (I slept fine), but I thought I should note it for light sleepers. The balcony would be great in the summer season!! Overall, we would stay again for sure!

Great value

Had no heat on when we got there. Took forever to heat up the room. No chair in the room. Water was Luke warm at best and turned cold halfway through a shower. The need black out blinds on door for the neon sign outside that flashes all night long. They need a mat/runner as to not track in snow and dirt.

Super clean. Great location and price .

Room was clean and updated nicely. Patio is awesome. But not having warm water to shower in is terrible. Sharing a water system with crabby Joes below ensures no guest has warm water unless it’s super early Or super late. Check in with a waitress/waiter a crabby Joes.

Parking and check in was easy. We are visiting in the off-season. Some shopping and dining options were closed for the winter already, but there was still some nice places open. We had a great time. It's a very walkable area, the hotel was very clean, bright, and comfortable.
