깨끗하고 안락했었습니다 직원들은 친절했습니다 위치는 브레이스 브릿지에서는 시내에 있는데 우리는 지나가는 길이라 좀 시간이 걸렸습니다 즉 차가 없는 사람들은 이용하기 어렵겠습니다 그래서인지 동양인을 볼수가 없었습니다 조식은 매우 좋은 편인데 식당이 협소한 편이었습니다 와플을 구워 먹을수 있는 기계가 있어 구워 먹었는데 따끈한게 맛있었습니다 한가지 단점은 복도에서 담배냄새가 났습니다 그리고 위치에 비해 가격이 높았습니다

Ample parking, room very clean. We knew that the property is under renovation but no overhead light in room. No security latch on door. No weather stripping/trim around door so noise and light carried in very easily. In the morning was loading belongings into vehicle and was locked out of room. Instead of just fixing and getting me a new key so I could get the rest of the belongings had to hear about all the ways that I might have put security latch over the door. Not sure whey we were put into an unfinished room. Think will be nice in the future when more fully finished.

Room and bathroom were very clean, lobby was very nice and clean, and staff were able to check us in early. The compressor on the mini fridge in the room was exceptionally loud, something I hope is addressed by our next visit!

The staff support was lacking. The heater was not working in the room and even after switching the rooms, it had the same issue!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful suggesting things to do and places to eat.

The staff was lovely and explained everything perfectly. The room was spotless. I love that they have true blackout blinds. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room, and my bathroom sink drained slowly, but it wasn't enough to complain about. Oh, and you get a breakfast voucher to Stacked next door. Who doesn't love that? Overall I loved my stay and would stay again.

Staff very nice

The room was clean and the staff was friendly to approach. Things to improve would be to have more hangers in the bathroom, having a shower soap, better wifi connection, better parking space and to have atleast some items for breakfast in the property itself rather than just coffee and tea.

No elevator

When we got into the room, my wife took off the bedding to check for bedbugs. They use mattress covers that only partially cover the mattress in the centre, with elastic corner pieces. My wife found bugs, and black hairs on it. She took photos, and the lady at the desk noticed that one looked like a bug with larvae. She sent them to the Manager, and we were told they had no other rooms, but someone could vacuum and change the bedding. We said that we weren’t staying there under any circumstances. We drive from London Ontario for the holiday, and after such a long drive, this was the last thing we needed. They talked about some type of compensation…whatever that was we heard nothing. We thought the Manager would call us directly, we received no call. They’re doing construction, so it was messy. We ended up staying at Tru By Hilton, which was amazing. Unfortunately for us, our 2 night stay cost more money than we anticipated.
