Room was spotless, newly renovated. There was construction going on at the time but the workers were so friendly and as soon as they knew we were there became very conscious of when to start and stop work. Everyone was so friendly!! Loved our stay!!

It wasn’t a full breakfast no eggs, ham or sausage other than that was good

When we went through the hotel.com app hotel did not say it was under construction we needed two rooms. We had one upstairs one downstairs. The kids room was right beside all the construction noise was happening at 7 o’clock in the morning. They were woken up through there for two days. It was not pleasant.

The entire staff went above and beyond to help my mother and I enjoy our stay. They never felt us feel like an inconvenience while there. The breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast i have ever seen added into a hotel stay! We will definitely be booking here next visit to Cape breton❤️

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds. We were not aware that the motel was under construction before we arrived. Because of this the parking was restricted. Only downside

They are starting Reno’s which is great because it’s needed and we were warned of that upon check-in. The problem was the crew are staying on site. I had to call the front desk as all of a sudden the smell of pot was coming into our room. She dealt with it efficiently. They were told to smoke away from the building intake but ignored it. Unfortunately the noise that the workers made in their rooms, which we were sandwiched between were very loud in talking, slamming doors. No manners. Their phone alarm went off in the am and it went for at least 40 minutes. No manners or respect for others at all!!

Ground floor parking to room was great

This Inn definitely lives up to its name, Comfort, from the staff, to the room, and breakfast. Also our dining recommendation (Ziggy’s) was spot on. Highly recommend

Overall the property has had many upgrades and the room was definitely spotless. The room needs to have upgraded beds and the carpeting needs to be replaced with new flooring.

The staff were awesome. All were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. They even accommodated us at no extra cost when we had mistakenly booked rooms for the wrong days. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. The breakfast was great and the food fresh. There is some maintenance and improvements being done on the hotel but it didn't affect our stay. Thanks for a great stay.

Check was quick and easy. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Front desk made a Follow up phone call to our room to ensure our room satisfaction, very nice customer service.

Bed wasn't very comfortable
