Very good inn

Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus and very organized. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get onto the elevator. They said that three floors had ice machines and only one machine on a certain floor worked. Rooms were ok but could definately be updated. Bring your own pillows ; theirs were old and very lumpy. Rooms were very quiet for the 3 nights we were there and the falls and casino were very close. ( walkable ) - parking was terrible. We had to pay quite a bit for parking and it was very difficult to find a parking spot on Friday and Saturday. We had to use a “church” parking lot next door and still had to pay. Overall I would consider coming back to the hotel for sure.

The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we had to pay $25 for parking one night and there were not enough handicapped parking spots for an otherwise large parking lot. Also, one of two elevators was shut down.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good fresh bread and beagles. Walking distance from all the attractions a perfect location. I will be staying there again. I really liked there homemade cookies also.

Fantastic stay. Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The building was clean, with a nice gym and a very big breakfast room with lots of good food. It I close to the falls, and there was ample parking for $22 per night. I will be back!

We had a great stay! You can’t go wrong when you have a great nightly rate with a free breakfast. This location is very close to Clifton hill, casino Niagara and lots of restaurants and attractions.

My recent solo trip to the Country Inn & Suites had some nice aspects. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary cookie at check-in was a thoughtful touch. The location is a definite plus – just a short walk to Clifton Hill and a quick drive to shops. I appreciated the plentiful hot water and enjoyed having a jacuzzi tub in my room, even if the timer was a bit short. The breakfast, while simple, was a good way to start the day. While my stay had its positives, the hotel could benefit from some updates. The lobby appears refreshed, but the rooms are a bit dated, with my room having a different shade of white for each light. There were no usable outlets by the bed which was a little frustrating. A microwave was provided, but it would have been more useful with some plates and utensils. Parking was convenient, though the $75 charge for three nights felt a little steep. The pillows on the king-size bed were smaller and flatter than expected and could use replacing. Overall, the Country Inn & Suites offers decent value for budget-minded travelers seeking a convenient location near the Falls. It's a good choice if you're prioritizing proximity to attractions and basic amenities, and aren't looking for a luxurious experience.
