Nice hotel and you got all help from the staff that you can ask for.
An enhancement would be the coffee in the room. Better to have a kettle in the room so the visitors can have both tea and coffee the way they like it. The capsule coffee provided was horrible.
The life saviour was the barista by the reception.

The only negative was the restaurant.
The chair seats are so low that you feel like the table is at chest level! Very uncomfortable!
Food and service was amazing.
You need to get new chairs or fix the seats of the ones you have!!
