Second time staying at Crash. Great hotel for the price. Convenient location. Stylish room with very soft linens & towels. My "go-too" hotel when staying in Squamish

Convenient, clean, easy!

Hôtel moyen. Le staff est sympathique cependant mis a part les portes digitales, beaucoup d'amélioration seraient les bienvenues. Un meilleur isolement thermique évitant de laisser le chauffage, qui fait un bruit m'ayant réveillé a plusieurs reprise, les vitres laissent entendre le bruit dans la rue et les murs sont aussi épais que du papier journal. Enfin il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ce qui est regrettable en hiver ou la température tombe vite

I actually liked this hotel! The location is good and only a 48ish minute drive to Whistler. There are some good restaurants nearby that you can go to. Very reasonably priced and I love that I didn’t have to talk to a human at all throughout my stay. Everything was online and I didn’t have to return a key or anything. Their pet fee is extremely reasonable, which I really appreciate. The WiFi worked well. I only have a few gripes but even those aren’t the end of the world and i’d stay here again. I didn’t love that there is no on site parking. You have to park 4 blocks away which is wildly inconvenient. However, I did manage to park in the large parking lot down the street without my car getting towed. I just made sure to only park in that lot during non business hours for the businesses in that lot. I obviously didn’t love being able to hear/feel the bass of the music from the bar down below but they warn you about that beforehand. It really wasn’t all the bad but not ideal. They do have rooms that don’t have that problem, my friend didn’t hear any bass in her room. Lastly, the TVs suck. They’re so hard to get to work. I was eventually able to get the TV connected to some random public wifi (it wouldn’t connect to the crash hotel WiFi) in order to use YouTube. Again, none of this is that big of a deal and I would absolutely stay here again

Unique and fun

I’m so upset! This is absolutely ridiculous no where in our booking or when we checked in did it say anything about us having to try to sleep in the middle of a night club. We have two toddlers and we can't even sleep. The music from the club is so loud. There’s people cursing up a storm and we can hear every word. Just drunk and disorderly. We are so saddened and upset. Also, we didn't book a room " that's susceptible to noise" we paid a high amount for the room for a Mountain View. $220 cad to not be able to sleep and to deal with this non sense. I want a refund!

small and gorgeous property

Cool place to stay if you want to be central. Housekeeper was awesome and so friendly. Front desk was helpful when needed (you don’t check in at the desk, but I needed to ask about parking and he spent the time going over the options with me) Literally the ONLY issue I had with this place is the lack of parking, but that is clearly listed when you book. You have to use street parking a couple blocks away if you are parking overnight.

It's a pretty simple, basic room, but it was clean and had a comfy bed. We were in the quiet wing, and while we could still hear a little bit of the music going on downstairs, it wasn't bad at all. Certainly not enough to disrupt sleep or be a nuisance. All of the staff were great, very helpful and nice. We'd stay again.

The hotel is just above a pub/bar so very noisy until at least 1am (noise reverberating on the walls and the floor making them vibrate). The rooms smelled weird when we got in.

Cool spot

This hotel is well located, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The self check-in was easy enough. No elevators to the first floor where our room was located. Beds are really comfortable. Although there is a pub downstairs, we had no trouble sleeping (earplugs were supplied). We were there on a Monday and Tuesday so there was no live band. Bathroom had a musty smell, probably due to the shower curtain not able to dry. No screen on the window so you could not leave it open at night. Deck on the roof is convenient although a little run down.

It's a nice place to stay. We liked the microwave and the location downtown!

The hotel is nice and updated. However the rooms are a little small. We didn’t need the earplugs, but it could be noisy on weekends. Parking was on the street about 2 blocks away.

Overall stay was pretty good. Tv didn’t work

I missed (was it there?) any mention of a live band performing below our room on both Friday and Saturday night until 2am. They gave us earplugs, but that doesn't cut out base vibrating through the floors. Might be a bonus for some folks, but not us. No onsite parking wasn't as bad as it could have been, but not convenient to park three blocks away for 24h parking.
