다 너무 좋았는데 밤에 난방 돌아가는 소리가 좀 커서 아이가 무서워했어요 이거 빼곤 다 좋았어요

Great location, nice room excellent view. Shower could be better not a fan of showers in bath with plastic shower curtain. Easy to access and parking available. Excellent value for money.

Clean and well maintained property with very friendly staff

Leider war unser Bad sehr dreckig. Die Badewanne, als auch die Mülltonne im Bad und die Kloschüssel waren sehr dreckig. In der Badewanne war Erde drin sodass wir uns nicht wohl gefühkt hatten zu duschen. Sehr traurig bei einem Hotel, dieser Preisklasse. Am nächsten Tag fragten wir, ob wir einige Minuten später auschecken dürfen, da wir verschlafen haben und erst vor ca. 6 std eingecheckt haben. Leider wurde das aber abgelehnt sodass wir in der Lobby zuende packen mussten und als Entschädigung für das dreckige Bad gab es leider nichts, trotz Beweis Bilder, bis auf eine Entschuldigung. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Clean modern room in a good location in Whistler Village. Good value in the off-season.

In the heart of the town center

Overall everything was very good. Updated room was very clean. We really appreciated the dog friendly service making it easy to bring our two golden retrievers. One issue that I brought up with the front desk: Food vendor delivery at 6 am to one of the restaurants that's a tenant in the hotel. There is no place for a loading dock so they unload on the street in front of the hotel where our window faced. I asked the front desk if there were early morning time restrictions and the front desk staff didn't know. I mentioned that maybe 6:30 or 7 am was reasonable but not 6 am to hear loud back up beeping and banging during the 15 minute delivery. It was very loud. The staff listened and said they would look into it but I feel it should be mentioned in this review since the hotel as the landlord to it's tenants can demand time restrictions on loud deliveries to accommodate their sleeping guests. The person I spoke with mentioned it's difficult with scheduling since vendors are coming from out of town but no matter-6 am loud noise is not what one would expect.

Very clean, great location.

The hotel was very nice and I would stay there again. But for now i am waiting on reimbursement of a $35.00 overcharge on the mini bar. I would give the hotel more time before writing this review but Expedia is hounding me to compete it.

Amazing staff

The Crystal Lodge is in a very convenient location, right in the centre of Whistler Village, which is great for visiting the numerous restaurants, which are, literally, seconds away from the hotel. Self-parking was under the hotel, and cost us $34 per night. The hotel is very clean and modern, with lovely staff, who always greet you with a friendly hello. The receptionist who checked us in was great, and gave us a lot of useful information about the hotel, and numerous ideas for spending our time in Whistler. We were a little concerned about noise, being right in the centre of the village, but we were never disturbed, and the hotel itself is very quiet. The only downside is the fan on the air conditioning unit in the room can be very noisy. However, the hotel do supply earplugs! If we were staying in Whistler again, we would definitely opt for the Crystal Lodge!

Perfect place for Mtn biker. Lifts close by, laundry facilities, bike concierge. Enjoyed my stay there.
