The staffs are kind. very simple breakfast :) I have stayed cause of flight cancellation.

주변에 식당도 많고 버스 정류장도 있어 편리한 곳이였습니다. 가격에 비해 시설도 나쁘지 않아서 좋은 곳이였습니다. 다음에도 또 오고 싶습니다.

고속도로에 가깝고 주변에 다양한 음시점들이 많아렌트카 여행엔 최적이다. 단, 엘리베이터가 없어서 2층으로 짐 들고 다니기가 힘들엇다

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is attached to a u-haul pickup/dropoff area. The hallways smelled very weird/ like bleach but not in a clean way. Breakfast included was legit cereal and waffles. All Fruit looked old. Juice watered down. The hotel is not in a good area, but that’s on me. I should have checked that out myself.

The room had a smell of sewage. The staff was a wear of it. Kept offering to change the room, however, nothing happened. Worst hotel experience ever.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great location for entertainment and amenities

Room was decent in a good location. However, the blankets had dried blood stains which was disappointing.

Good for an overnight or few night stay. Waited a few minutes for someone at the check in desk. The hotel needs some TLC. It's not outdated, just needs a refresh / clean up. The ice machine was not working on second floor. No big deal. Would appreciate continental breakfast going to 10:30am instead of 10am. The heater in Room 219 is a bit noisy and I finally had to turn it off completely because it was keeping me awake. Check out was efficient.

I found the stuff the men to be a very laid-back not caring just wanting to get a paycheck. There was one lady from our check-in to our checkout who was absolutely phenomenal! She would be the only reason we would return she was phenomenal she treated us with respect she was gracious she was friendly. I do think that bathtubs should have some kind of gripping on them as you can fall! Being that I do have a disability I had to lay a towel on the bathtub floor in the tub itself. The tubs really should have some kind of skitting on them so that you don't fall. The actual faucet coming out of the wall was in need of repair it was about to come out. Towels more than two bath towels and one hand towel are needed there was no washcloth. Coffee in the room Really should be equipped with a dry creamers which is like a coffee mate which is dry powder to put only two coffee pods two accessories which included one stir stick one serviette one sugar one sweetener yet no dry powder mix to as per a coffee mate was shocking. You need to have a dry substance for people who do not drink their coffee black. And when I phone down to the front desk and I'm told at 10:30 at night to come down there in my pajamas to get whitener or cream is crazy. It should be provided in the room these are suggestions in order to make this place better. We Will stay there again but we will keep in mind that we need to bring our own creamers You don't need to have liquid creamer You can have dry creamers

I chose the hotel because it was near a venue I was working at for the day, and knew I would be too tired to make the 2-hour drive home afterward. I arrived late, and despite having spent the time doing pre-check in online, I had to hang around the lobby to sign forms, including one about not smoking in the room. There was no parking in the front, so I had to move my car to a very poorly lit part of the parking lot, passing people standing outside smoking by the side entry, which was not locked. Finally walking to my room with my overnight bags, the hallway was full of cigarette smoke coming from rooms (remember, signing that form?). I got to the end where my room was, grateful to be out of the hall. The room was modest and clean enough, but clear signs of wear and tear. I attempted to sleep, but the noise of people coming in and out of rooms, letting their doors bang, went on for a couple of hours. Thin carpets and no sound proofing made it nearly impossible to sleep. The room did not have curtains but had blinds that left about an inch gap at the bottom that you could pull down no further, and there was a blinding light that came on from an industrial lot next door to the hotel that hit that gap just perfectly. Between the light and the noise, I barely got 3 hours sleep. Wanted to take a bath to relax. Alas, there was no stopper in the tub or bathroom area. The coffee machine was not cleaned and contained a used coffee filter. I left 3 hours earlier than planned, fed up.

Clean rooms.

Check in hectic. They asked again for all information and Id. Room very small. Acward setting. Hallways dirty. Garbage wrappers plastic straws on the floor

Everything was great. Only thing was that the toilet was dirty area the outside part. Other than that great stay.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Made my stay easier

No where to place the towels in the bathroom. The breakfast choice was very poor and limited. Need to do better

They are still renovating and there are minor flaws, but overall a great stay at a great price. Very friendly and welcoming.
