Basic no frills hotel but very clean and room was newly renovated. Comfortable stay, good price, would stay again.

Hotel was being renovated during stay. The process was quite disruptive and made our stay uncomfortable. Woke up to a clogged toilet one day and hotel staff could not resolve the issue!

The room was clean. They are mid-renovation. Unfortunately, the renovation includes changing the carpet out for plastic plank flooring which makes the room noisy, allows noise from the hallway into the room. Also. They are renovating, but not adding any outlets to the walls, so the room only had 8 outlets total. With 3 lamps, a fridge, tv and cable box leaving only 3 outlets for chargers and (importantly) our oxygen machine and CPAP machine.

No free parking. No deal at restaurant in same building.

AC was not working, centralized but only had a cool air not enough to cool up the room, they provided a fan and that's all they could do. You can hear the other doors banging and closing because there's a wide gap at the bottom of the door you could hear all the outside noise.

Was made aware the hotel was under construction so there was no problems there. Hope the construction is including a lot more plugs in each room as this was an issue. Also, the piping over the cords for the blinds were very difficult to use. Front desk and other staff I ran into were very friendly.

The Hotel is presently going through new renovations, the new rooms are good and plenty of space. It is too early to properly give a review but I Would return to this hotel

Hotel is currently in the middle of a major refurbishment, so although my refurbished room was nice, expect lots of construction noise during the day up until 5:00 pm.

Staff is very helpful and nice.

I didn't know the hotel was undergoing renovations until I arrived at check-in. It was chaotic and disorganized throughout the lobby which also had a weird smell (almost sewage-like). Luckily, the room was very clean without any gross scents and the beds and pillows were comfortable. My biggest source of frustration was that the rooms don't have mini fridges (or microwaves) so you're stuck with the powdered creamer and can't store leftovers or snacks. The area is a bit rundown and not the greatest if you're uncomfortable around open drug use/drinking. If you're used to Downtown Vancouver, Toronto, or any major US city you're probably fine. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Clean room, comfy beds, convenient location, secure parking. Downsides were the fees. The front desk advised of the parking fee and cot fee at first (3 friends in a room). But at checkout they advised of a fee for an additional person. With all the fees we could've stayed elsewhere for a similar price and gotten free breakfast, as there was none here either.

The staff were nice and helpful. But Upon entering the hotel lobby and our room, we noticed a persistent unpleasant odor. The smell remained throughout our stay and impacted our comfort. We thought it might be related to maintenance or construction work, but we wanted to share this feedback with you

We were on the 5th floor it was very warm there was no A/C. We had to go to the mall the all day to stay cool.
