Even if the hotel is quite outdated, the rooms were clean, the bed were comfortable.
The elevator and hallway smell weird.
The hotel is well situated, good walking distance from the shopping center and the Parliament.

This was an affordable option close to interesting city landmarks. I was travelling for work and needed to do some work but the office chair in my room was broken. I asked the staff for a chair but did not receive any help until I went back to the desk the following morning and asked to take one of their chairs. The facility is poorly maintained with a few things broken. The shower curtain pole was missing screws on both sides and fell down on me when drawing the curtain. You'll be close to parlement but I strongly suggest that you consider other facilities.

The room was decent, and I was impressed that they had the tv station TCM, something in my experience many higher class hotels don't have. Also impressed that the bathroom has a bathtub, not just a stand-up shower. Not much view at the back of the building, but it was quiet.
I did find that people on the street could get in fairly easily when a guest used a key card to get into the hotel through the sliding entrance door, and I did find a sleepy (fortunately not aggressive) fellow wandering the hallway hoping to find some comfort in getting into someone's room.

There were no coffee supplies in the room when we arrived. We had to ask for room service; for clean towels and coffee refills after the first night, and we were told (not very politely) that they could only give us two coffee pods per day (for two people) The carpeted hallways smelled terrible. The plugs were too loose to hold a charging block in, we had to prop them up with cups to charge our phones. No opening windows.

Overall the hotel was very outdated. The service was poor as was the cleaning. We waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to give us our keys. Waited 30 minutes for extra towels. Didn't get a room cleaning. Both floors we were on had really bad odors. We had to pay extra per day for parking. Calling room service was impossible. The only good thing was the cold air conditioning.

The property was ok but the carpets in the room looked dirty. The sink had a crack. The beds were listed as queens but were really doubles. The only thing that was good was the parking and location.

The rooms are in a desperate need for a refresh. The wallpaper is peeling, the floorboards and doors are all banged up. The leather desk chair is peeling. The drawers dont open and shut without tugging at it. The tv shows didn’t play without pixelating and going dark every 10 minutes. The tub was extremely slippery. The room smelt like second hand smoke. The plugs beside the beds are loose and unusable.the lobby has an over powering smell of the adjacent restaurant.
The beds were clean and comfortable, however I would not want to stay here again.

Je ne retournerai plus jamais à cet hôtel. La chambre n’avait ni téléphone et ni télévision fonctionnels. Le réceptionniste m’a dit lorsque je suis descendue pour réclamer qu’il n’y à aucun employé de l’entretien et qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and cooperative. As soon you enter, you can smell strong spices in the whole lobby which feels bad. Lobby areas are not well maintained, there's a clear lack of maintenance, worn-out carpet and furniture, but rooms and washrooms are decently clean. It was expensive and without Breakfast.
If it wasn't for the homeless drug addicted population in that neighbourhood, the location is very good, near countless tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities.

Room was dirty , stains on walls and beddding, floor had used band aids, lights over bed had wirring hanging out and ripped, bath tub drain was just laying in tub, door into room wouldnt open fully, charger plugs didnt work , the lamps in room had cut wires, the chair had knife stab marks in it

It is conveniently located but expensive hotel. Staff was friendly. Just had 2 complementary coffees for 4 guests. Would have given 5 Stars, if breakfast was included.

My partner cut herself on a part of a bed frame sticking out that was very sharp. Had to get bandages at front desk. None of the electrical plugs would accept apple charger plugs except in bathroom. Very inconvenient! Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Staff manager was helpful in trying to temporarily fix bed frame. Room was comfortable and clean.
