Yes the breakfast was good

The condition of the property was extremely poor and did not match the photos shown on the website. Due to this discrepancy, we decided not to stay and left immediately after seeing the property. Instead, we arranged alternative accommodation at Best Western Pacific Inn.

Breakfast was simple and room was clean

The rooms had outside access which allowed cold air to escape., the shower was mediocre. The breakfast was good. Good for a stay beside the road and go.

Staff checking in were great. Room was freezing cold and dirty. Found hair all over our room. Pool was freezing cold. My kids didn’t even want to swim in it. Rooms were very loud- no soundproofing at all.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good for the price.

Breakfast was fine ,but it would be better if there is scramble eggs or bacon as one of the choices.,,instead of sausage and boiled egg everyday.Room was clean,shampoo and conditioner was almost empty.The location was perfect,close to the mall.

Location is not the Best because of noise from neighboring businesses.

I stay here almost every year. I enjoy the pool and normally the hot tub but that seems to be broken. A few businesses down from them is a place that sells spas so here's to hoping they can help get it fixed soon. The breakfast is ok, hard boiled eggs, tatertots and sausages. The have eggo waffles, muffins, english muffins and cereal. The only downfall this trip other then no hot tub was the floor in our room was a bit sticky in a couple spots. I will continue to stay here.

Only thing, pool could be a bit warmer, but everything else was wonderful!

The location advertises a hot tub both on the Days Inn site and on third party sites. And there is a large sign in front of the hotel saying there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. I told the front desk staff that I booked this place partly because there was a hot tub which I wanted for after skiing. She said they had just removed the hot tub and that there were no longer ads for it ... but there were. My shower faucet was so stiff that I could barely turn on the water ... needs a new cartridge. I told the same staffer about this and she said it was fixed recently. It was not. I fixed one at home so I know what it feels like when you have a 30 year old cartridge and this one was worse than that. The breakfast was rather bleak. They had plain bread (white or whole wheat) and cereal (2 choices) and a few muffins and Eggo waffles and yogurt. There were potatoes and sausages but not much other stuff. Not much variety. Only plastic cutlery. Hard to figure out the water. Pretty cheap breakfast. I guess that's what you get at Days Inn. I'm glad I had some additional breakfast food in my room.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Vernon location. The place is in need of major repairs and deep cleaning. Instead of white towels, they are gray and show dirty marks. There was a fine film of dirt on the floor, as well as a pile by the door as you enter the room. The bedding is ripped. I will not be giving them a third try. Very rundown.

The staff were excellent

Room was very dark. Seemed clean when we arrived. A few stains on pillow cases. However the floors were extremely dirty - not just a missed clean from a previous guest, but as if they were not regularly cleaned at all. Breakfast was super basic but fine. Staff was friendly. Overall fine hotel for the price, but bring sandals for in the room.

Nice clean rooms, super nice staff, nice breakfast in the morning with excellent coffee. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. I will stay here again ,
