올드퀘벡까지 좀 걷는것만 괜찮다면 정말 좋은 숙소에요. 깨끗하고 좋은 아침식사가 있으며 방도 넓습니다.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The carpet did seem outdated and needed to be updated. Overall very good experience.

The water from the bathroom spread into the carpet & my belongings. They were fixing my room even after midnight. They ruined my entire vacation. I want a compensation and all my points back, plz.

It is located near the old part of Quebec where there are great views and a multitude of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Likes - location, room cleanliness and size, value for $$$, reception was friendly and helpful. Dislikes - entry from parking garage needs an automatic door opener, signage in pool area needs improvement e.g. shower before use...where?, path to pool from door Other comments - Bathrooms need improvement ... full shower would be nice, assist handles are not in correct place, needs exhaust fan Thumbs up - our refrigerator conked out and and a new one was delivered within an hour!

Nice rooms, very clean although they were in need of a few minor repairs.

Decent, clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Cheap towels, peeling wallpaper in corners were a bit of a disappointment, as was the inconsistency of the daily cleaning (missing towels, dishes left from the night before, etc). The staff was very friendly, though, and there were some real value-adds that made this a location I would visit again: affordable parking and access to the “pantry” saved us a bunch of money and were very convenient. Great location, too.

Clean room but problems with elevator

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Excellent air conditioning.

The location was prefect for our visit, a 2 min walking distance to hop on & off tour bus, and 7 mins to the fountain to get on the whale tour bus. The self parking was very convenient. Our room was clean & quiet, and everyone was friendly!

Great place to stay at when in Quebec City.

Perfect location in the heart of Québec City, with easy walking access to Old Québec and top attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great amenities! My family loved the pool and the ping-pong table. Great location, just outside the old city. Room smelled a bit musty and could have been cleaner.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. Needs to be changed!

Anyone with sensitivities to scents should avoid this hotel. Hallways and common areas smelled strongly of perfume. It must have been a cleaning product used, as it was everywhere except inside individual rooms.

La habitación olía muy mal, me parece que es un hotel que ya necesita una remodelación, fuera del detalle que comento la ubicación muy buena, el desayuno bien y la atención excelente
