It was normal. But little bit cold

metro는 아주 가까운 거리에 있어서 편리하였으나, 이게 이 숙박업소의 장점은 끝이다. 방에는 냉장고와 함께 전자렌지가 있고, 티비는 이마 인터넷 채널만 볼 수 있는것 같다. 무료 와이파이는 자주 끊기는 편이지만 속도는 보통 수준이다. 방청소(화장실 및 욕실 포함)는 숙박기간 동안 해주지 않는다. 물론 침구류도 그대로 이다. 그리고 체크인 체크아웃 및 객실 편의를 위한 직원은 만날 수 없고, 오직 이메일로만 연락이 온다. 궁금한 사항을 물어봐도 답장은 없다.

Its a fine accommodation for shorter stays. Practical location. Management is responsive.

Great location near the metro station but otherwise has nothing else good going for it

Location is the only good thing in this property - close to transportation and a lot of tourist spots. However, customer service is lacking. I understand this is an apartelle with no receptionist at the location but if there are customer needs that are urgent/communicated to property personnel, there should be someone to address our needs. Our reservation was for 3 people but we were not given extra bed, extra pillow and extra towel for the third person. We contacted them but they said they were contacting the host which we realized was non-existent. We were charged extra guest fee but did not receive any service/amenity for the 3rd person. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This property does not live up to the pictures. Don’t be fooled. The rooms are extremely tiny and broken down. The staff didn’t even give us toilet paper. I’ve paid $30 to stay in hostels that were much nicer than this. Absolute scam!

The place was not clean.

The room was not prepared and I need to change my own bedsheet.

-No cooking vent making it fire alarm sensitive -Itchy bed sheet, blanket and sofa. -Booked for 3 people but towel, blanket, utensils, toiletries, etc just for 2 people. -Small bed and sofa not eligible for third person sleeping. -Doesn’t qualify for 3 people stay. -Tried to contact the property but went to voice mail which was already full. -Have to leave the place right away due to all the issue. -Didn’t stayed in property

I wish I had of read the reviews before booking as they are spot on. Just an overall horrible experience. No bed sheets, no couch cover, water wasn't working in bathroom sink, shower was a slow trickle. Room smelled like gas at night. No noticeable air conditioning. Security to the building was non-existent. Save your money!!

This place was so dirty, there was blood on the curtains, and stains on the wall.There was also a huge window that didn't lock so that was a huge safety issue. There is no front desk and no one to talk to. Spend the extra 20$ or so and stay somewhere decent. They stopped answering my emails when I asked for my money back, so I had to contact hotels.com and flag it as a safety issue because it was so bad. Do not stay here.

The room was great for the price and very convenient to Concordia and the metro. The room was chilly even with the heat on but wasn’t uncomfortable.

cleanses is horrible.

Never in all my life of travelling have a stayed somewhere that so drastically misrepresented on its website the state of the rooms it rents. This place is like a half-way house or a room at Salvation Army. Truth in advertising!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! First time that I have such an unpleasant stay. Bathroom dirty, not enough toilet paper, only one towel for 2 people, not even a hands towel. I requested an additional one as soon as I checked in and it arrived one day before I left. No hand soap! When it's the most needed thing during the pandemic! Almost no water in the shower! We could get more water from the kitchenette tap than the shower! Nobody on site to complain, just an email saying that they will inform about the problems but nothing done to fix it.

long story short, please please please avoird yourself humiliation and lots of hassle. There is no manager, nobody to speak with. we arrived to the hotel and didn't receive door code, and nobody answers ever any of your calls. This place is dirty, lacks heating (we froze the whole night in there) before we called Hotels.com to cancel this reservation and get a refund. which I am still awaiting to this day (almost a month now)

Im Sorry for the honest feedback. But we did not enjoy our stay in the place. Safety is not evident, doors at the main are normally unlock also the 1st and 2nd staircase.Cleanliness is terrible, upon entry you will see how it is. Im sorry, but we are so disappointed on our stay. We prefer to go outside rather than staying inside the room. The size of the room is acceptable, but the cleanliness is a big deal. Thank you.

when I was first to arrive the apartment was absolutely not in the photo, in my room there was no hot water and the heating did not work it was extremely cold I called the owner he told me there is nothing he can do no rooms are available i had nowhere to go because it was late I should wait until the next day to look for another place frankly I do not recommend this hotel, it's horrible

Impossible d’y entrer, serrure défaillante et personne n’est rejoignable par aucun moyen, sommes, une fois entrés, la pièce était froid et les murs plein de mousse et poussière. Les rideaux bougeaient par le vent froid qui entrait par le joint de la fenêtre. Nous avons contacter Hôtel.com pour faire enlever cet endroit locatif de leur liste et ils nous ont logé dans un autre endroit sans frais et avec une compensation de 20% de notre forfait applicable pour un prochain séjour. Merci Hotel.com, excellent service malgré l’endroit où nous avions réservé. Le propriétaire n’aura pas le paiement par Hotel.com que j’ai payé mais plutôt l’autre hôtel parfait en tout point Residence Inn Mariott.

Perfect location. Communication with the manager quick. Room smaller than expected - tight for two if your traveling with a friend.
