The hotel was decent for the price point. I wanted to book accommodation close to Clifton Hill and this hotel, fit the bill. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet for early September.

Hotel location was great, room was clean. Staff really friendly. Unfortunately I had an extremely loud neighbour in the room next to me and it was clear the walls between rooms were very thin. The staff attempted to get them to quiet down but this noise went on including loud music from 2am until 6am. Despite 4 trips down to reception to ask the staff to intervene, nothing was done about it. We had a lot of travelling to do the next morning and with no sleep we left the hotel in a miserable state. We also noted that a few of the people in the room making the noise weren’t even staying in the hotel and so should have been sent on their way but this wasn’t the case. My email address was taken by the reception team when I checked out but have not heard from them since so am left feeling that this was not a serious concern for them.

The beds were really firm, to the point that we and decided to check out after one night (2-night stay). The property charges upon arrival, and will not refund if we check out ahead of time (some Expedia thing???).

Partly Renovated, clean, but the smell of detergent used for washing towels, blankets and sheet is terrible. Had a hard time sleeping because of the smell.

Staff is professional and helped me with my unloading of the car.

It would be better if there's a ventilation facility in the washroom.

L’emplacement est excellent. Le stationnement est compris dans le prix de l’hôtel contrairement à d’autres emplacements. Nous avions des chambres rénovées et les lits étaient très confortables.

Voyage en couple c’est la deuxième fois dans le même hôtel magnifique rénové très propre sécuritaire stationnement gratuit prêt de tous les activités je recommande fortement!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, the place was decent and met basic expectations. The bathroom was clean, which I appreciated. However, I did notice a few cleanliness issues elsewhere. The carpet on the stairs wasn’t very clean, and while the room floor appeared tidy at first glance, there was a thin layer of dust that became noticeable when wiped with a tissue. Despite these minor flaws, it’s still a reasonable place to stay.

very clean rooms. very modern for the price we payed. would definitely come again to clifton hill and stay at diplomat after a night of drinks and fun!

Staff friendly , quiet , the floors were heated . Good location

Stayed here while attending a concert at Niagara Falls view Casino. Easy walking distance. Bed was a bit uncomfortable (too hard). Room, while newly renovated and clean, was not very "homey". Bare walls and stark feeling.

We always enjoy staying at the diplomat Inn. Conveniently located. Reasonably priced. Great staff.

The mattress was too hard. But I loved the cleaned and the quite.
