Perfect Hotel for a weekend of sports! Pool was great, lots of places outside of our room to mingle with the group

The room was clean. The washroom was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure and heat. It would be nice to have breakfast included.

Front desk staff so friendly and efficient

Staff was helpful and parking was convenient. The shower corners were moldy, A/C unit was noisy and TV channels were hard to use.

They didnt have the room we booked so we were put in an accessible room. The bathtub had still water in it which was gross. The lady at the counter wasn’t receptive to allowing a later check out but eventually allowed an extra hour for my meeting.

Because we were there on a holiday Monday we assumed the breakfast would be open for weekend hours. We were down at 9:15 and told them that 13 more from our party were coming down. They said they closed breakfast at 9:30. But, the lovely lady in charge of breakfast hustled to add fresh food and set up tables. That was pretty incredible. Some of the clean up staff gave us side eye, but it worked out.

Had to wait 45 min at check-in as the person could not find my reservation although I presented the confirmation number. He said it shows under the booking website section but not under their system. He kept checking in others and had me waiting. I understand his position. I tried calling the booking website from my end and the delay was 30+ minutes to talk to someone. It was 9:15pm when I entered and I was in my room at 10pm.

The front desk staff demonstrated exceptional politeness, expertise, and helpfulness, providing comprehensive assistance throughout our stay. We were guests for two nights, traveling from The Bahamas to visit family and friends. I unequivocally recommend this hotel.

Parking was consistently full. Had to park far from entrance

Loved the outdoor area with the green space and patio furniture! Starbucks was perfect! The pool was nice, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Heated floor in bathroom was lovely, but there was confusion with my reservation and I did not end up with breakfast included which was sub-optimal. Parking was convenient and easy.

Hotel was conveniently located, has a restaurant and a Starbucks directly in the building. Lobby clean and front reception staff really friendly, easy check in. We liked the late check out option, 12pm. Nice bathroom, nice beds and furniture. Breakfast buffet was included but not very tasty and still expected to tip even tho a buffet. Room was nice but the ice bucket tongs had really dirty smudged finger prints on the handles and carpet really stained.

Property was extremely clean, and safe. We were given complimentary breakfast, for a planned hydro outage that was advised to us upon check in. Breakfast had lots of quality food to choose from.
