Clean, and roku tv, nice bathroom. Top notch

Not sure how they have a 9.6 rating. Clean sheets and towels, but very run down on the outside. Breakfast advertised for 8 -10am but nothing available at 9:40am

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were great. The proprietor was very kind and helpful.

Didn't have breakfast there. It didn't start until 8 a. m. and we were gone for the day by that time. Very old Motel. Very loud bathroom fan that turned on automatically when light was turned on. Bedding was so comfy but bed was a mattress on a wood platform. Not very comfy.

Its clean enough but nothing that makes ylu feel like unpacking. The beds are not comfortable and everything is old and run down. The "breakfast included" means self-serve cereal and toast. It was a bed and no visible critters so I cant complain, but far from the inflated ratings it has on here.

Its a cheaper looking Motel but for the price it was great.

Cleaner on the inside. Older but good for the price.

Comfortable beds. Loved the patio area to be able to sit outside. Had table and we could sit and play cards outside as weather was so nice. Enjoyed that a lot

Basic but very well kept motel. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Very friendly proprietor. Basic breakfast selections and no hot breakfast options, which is understandable based on the room rates. Overall, great value for the money.

The motel is very basic. The only amenities offered are towels, hand soap, toilet paper and water/coffee. It does have a small fridge and mini microwave. The double beds were comfortable. The tv offered Netflix but it did not work in the evening because too many of the motel units were using it.

This little Motel is a diamond in the rough. Rooms very comfortable , beds , pillows really comfy. I would recommend it to anyone . If we ever need to stay again I definitely would pick this little motel

Old, basic property. Cheap and we got what we paid for. Subway / convenience stor, liquor store gasbar attached. easy access from highway. perfect for nights stay on motorcycle trip

We checked in and it was quick! Room was very nice and clean! Beds were comfy!

Ok value but rundown

It was not what we were expecting. Their continental breakfast was make your own bread/toast which kept tripping tge breaker, no coffee, there was cereal but not everyone enjoys a cold breakfast! No fruit, muffins, or other options like ice for our water, drinks, etc... Very pricey for a very old establishment in a small town quite far from Grasswoods Horse Park - next time we will stay in our trailers...

Clean. Friendly owner is all-in-one staff. He is constantly personally improving facility in a functional way. Not for people who like "pretty furnishings" though....

We liked the room

Clean; Starbucks coffee in the Kueric; newer TV with Netflix etc.
