Incredible view, super-friendly staff, excellent amenities and food

최소 2박 추천합니다. 5월 중순 다른 호수 얼어있을 때 여긴 녹아있습니다. 단 방 안에는 냉장고 없고, 인터넷 안됩니다. 체크인하는 곳 옆에 식당이나, 호수 초입의 식당을 이용해야합니다. 간단한 물이나 간식을 살 매점도 없어요. 간식은 사오는 것을 추천해요. 벽난로도 사용할 수 있어 아늑합니다. 핫텁은 작지만 아주 따뜻하고 샤워시설도 갖추고 있어 아주 좋아요.

Only inconsistent is the parking as remote and hotel check in and out staff not very efficient.

This place is truly magical! Everything about it was incredible. I can’t wait to go back. It’s so cozy, quiet, the food and service were amazing & our cabin was on the lake with a wood burning fireplace. I highly recommend.

We couldn’t ask for a better experience! The location is wonderful! Beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and the views were amazing! Breakfast was awesome too! I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location right on the one of the most gorgeous lakes. They charge you for it though. The chauffeurs and front desk staff are quite friendly. However, I'm not quite sure if we were there on a bad day or someone is severely underpaid and understaffed, but we had to ask for service and extra towels 3 times from the front desk and they just dropped it at the door in a bag. I've never once seen that from and hospitality service my life. Rooms are cozy, albeit a bit dated, and our door did not lock at first but thankfully maintenance fixed it fairly quickly. Main restaurant had good food, but pretty pricey for what it is. The lunch restaurant (Cilantro) had great pizza, better view and fairer prices.

Been there twice, winter and summer. Winter was great, summer was bad. Would return but not anytime soon.

Location, view, scenery, lobby and overall property are beautiful. Restaurant and bar is extremely over-priced and dining is very limited. The cabins and rooms are old, outdated, many items trashed and/or broken. Blinds that don’t work, musty old smell, broken stairs, nails sticking out of door frame, along with staples in screen. Waaaaaay over-priced room rates for what you get!! Update your property

Had a memorable stay with emerald lake lodge. All of the staff made it more special.

I recently spent 2 wonderful nights at Emerald Lake, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The natural beauty of the lake and its surroundings is truly breathtaking. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The view from my room was stunning, with the lake glistening in the morning sun. I loved taking leisurely walks around the lake's scenic trails and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The food experience was also exceptional. The local cuisine was delicious, and the service was prompt and courteous. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet options. Overall, I highly recommend Emerald Lake for its serene ambiance, picturesque views, and excellent hospitality.

You need to get access to wifi inside the rooms! And if there was a little fridge would be great for people who bring their own food. Other then this all is nice

We had so much privacy on our lakeview balcony! It was amazing! We spent a lot of time on it. It may have made up for the little details that weren’t so great.

Staff was great a bunch of young polite people from all around world. Lacking basics such as a tv or internet limits nighttime to reading or sleeping. Sometimes you just want to watch a movie after long day of hiking and touring. Place needs a remodel. Great location just needs some sprucing up. Valet shuttle while fighting traffic of tourists is also a little cumbersome. Overall nice place w nice people just not real convenient for touring travelers , working getaway and definitely was priced at top of scale. You asked so I’m telling I’m not angry or upset prob wouldn’t stay there again

Really beautiful place, super heavy tourist traffic during the day. Only dining options are onsite as it’s remote, so be prepared to spend. Our room had no cooking/fridge options. Hot tub area was nice and you can’t beat the views. Furnishings in the rooms are dated, common areas are better. No wifi in the rooms.

We stayed two nights at Emerald Lake Lodge and left with mixed feelings. The lake and scenery are spectacular, and the food at every meal was good. But the service, facilities, and overall guest experience fell short of the price. Staff were disengaged from the moment we arrived. We waited for the shuttle while several employees walked past us without a greeting. It took over an hour for our luggage to be delivered—better to carry your own. The bar setup was oddly rigid, with guests only allowed to sit at the edges. Watching someone get told they couldn’t sit in an empty seat next to us was awkward. At Cilantro, $20 cocktails came mostly as ice in small glasses—and inconsistent glassware became a strange sticking point. Service there also seemed overwhelmed and slow. The biggest disappointment was the cabin. It felt worn, not well maintained, and nothing like the website photos. No A/C, just a fan. The “gym” was basically two machines in a sauna-like room. On the plus side, we saw a bear, enjoyed every meal, and the lake is absolutely breathtaking. But despite the setting, the overall experience didn’t match the price—or expectations. Would we recommend it? Absolutely not. Beautiful to visit, but not to stay.

Stunning views

this place is a GEM!! We were out exploring and needed a last minute place to stay. This place is very special. It is dated but makes it so charming. The staff was wonderful, kind and very accommodating. The food was incredible and views/hikes were indescribable. Thank you all for everything

Emerald Lake Lodge is beautifully located on Emerald Lake. A+ location. Hotel, however, is quite tired and rustic. If you are okay with this then “two thumbs up!” We noted that carpeting is quite old, our bathroom sink was overly slow in draining and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up (for males). In addition, some staff members are terrific and others don’t really measure up in terms of giving “top service.” Given its incredible location, however, I would still recommend this property.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Good food, nice stagf, old rooms, need more games for evening fun
