I am writing to let future guests aware that this hotel has broken thermostats in many of the kingsize bed rooms. I experience one night of hell in freezing temperatures (-21 outside with windchill) and the room was close to zero degrees- you could see your breath it was that cold. I complained to front desk but they said they could not switch my room as they were full. They offered a second blanket that was wet… I had to try to sleep in full clothes, hat, mitts, winter coat… it is illegal to sell rooms without heat and to top it off - they would not refund me for the night. Told me to write hotels.com which I did, but nobody got back to me about this dire health & safety concern. Many guests did not speak french or english as their first language so I fear many more were suffering from the lack of working heat. This oroperty needs to be inspected for Building Code and Health & Safety violations. (didn’t help there were gunshot holes in the front window either)

There was no heating in the room changed the room twice me and my wife actually got sick the corridors were more warm then the room i even complained so many times at the reception but the guy in the night said he can just change rooms at 1 am after confirming the hotel staff did not even award us 1 hour extra for checkout as we slept late with runny noses and headache instead they were like we can transfer your stuff to another guest suite and i was like no its fine you want us to leave we will. The bathroom was nice but the tiles were so cold and the pot was even so cold i didnt even take a dump in there

Pictures are misleading, we were pretty disappointed by the general appearance of the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast wasn't good at all.

早目に到着したところ、早目に部屋に入れてくれて大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。連泊でしたが、日によって朝食が定刻に開始されない日があって残念でした。立地は大変良いです。地下鉄三駅の乗換駅で、駅にはコンビニやスーパーがあります。長距離バスで到着しましたが、バスターミナルから非常に近くて便利です。中心地下街や旧市街も徒歩圏です。近くの Grand Biblioteque や Quartier Laten を訪れましたが素晴らしい場所でした。

Pour le déjeuner la vaisselle était sale il n avait pas d essuie tout il n avait pas d eau le personnel n a pas de sourire je suis vraiment déçu La rallonge pour connecter le frigidaire tv micro onde fesait défaut

Unfriendly staff, again no name tags on the employees at the front desk.

The staff didn’t seem to care . They were too slow and made us wait too much and the room wasn’t ready until after our checkin time. Overall , it was below average. Will not be coming back to this hotel.also, the parking was too expensive.

When I arrived, the Lady told me my reservation was cancelled, my surprise!!! I checked all over on Expedia and I didn't had any notification. After few minutes of searching my reservation went from cancelled to "I can't find it"??? I asked her to look into her pile of printed paper and check if my reservation is there. She told me no need it won't be there. After waiting 1 hour and looking started to look for and other accomodation. Suddenly she told me that she earlier, mixte réservation and give my reservation to someone else. Ask her to give me the other person's room. For I don't know what reason why but she told me no can't do that and a manager is looking at something for me. After 1h15 of waiting I final got a room.. why lying to a client we went from cancelled to I mixte up reservation???

The noise in the room was pretty bad and the food was pretty bad

the website said there is a business center with computers but there was no computers available for guest.

No Drinking water, even when offered to pay extra.. No tooth brush.. Limited parking.. Dirty towels.. Dirty bead sheets.. Worst soap in the washroom I ever used..

check in time was like an hour. There is no toothbrush and fridge in room. Heating system was poor.

Good place visit

Le seul point positif, c’est la fille à l’accueil en arrivant. Elle est super gentille. En arrivant dans ma chambre, la chambre est extrêmement chaude. Le lit est inconfortable et j’ai l’impression que je suis entrain de dormir sur des draps superposés. A minuit, il y’a qq1 qui a cogné sur ma porte. J’ai pensé que c’est par erreur. Mais la personne a insisté. En utilisant l’œil magique, c’était deux personnes que je connais pas. Le matin, la fille ne parle ps français quasiment (oui je parle anglais parfaitement, mais c’est Québec ici) Le déjeuner c’est un vrai désastre. Choix très limité; pancake n’est pas bien cuit et n’est pas mangeable. Croissants sec, pas de café, pas grand choix de cereal. Bref, je ne recommande pas
