We were so pleased with both the location and service at the Inn at Whistler Village. You are a stone's throw from the main lift which if you are traveling with kids is crucial especially end of day when they're exhausted and cold and you just want to get indoors. The staff was incredible - super friendly, accommodating and professional. The rooms were exactly as they presented online, tidy and perfect for our stay. We had our rooms serviced everyday and the person who cleaned the room did such an excellent job and even took time for cute little touches like organizing our daughter's stuffed animals. I highly recommend this hotel. We'll for sure be staying again.

Amazing staff and the location you can’t beat. The loft room on the village side is the best with everything you need and a view. We had the best time!!!!

Decent property in need of some attention. Staff were responsive to requests but we had broken appliances and insufficient bedding upon arrival, and had to walk past bags of garbage and construction debris around our ‘upgrade’ that weren’t cleared away for our entire two-night stay. On the up side, it’s very close to the gondolas and the loft room gave good separation for people in two separate sleeping areas. I know it’s Whistler, but for what you pay I’d at least expect not to have to step around paint cans and lumber.

Tiny room, my suitcase didn’t even fit.
Power went out during a business call in my room. Told the front just- she said, probably just the breaker. Sorry. So clearly this is a reoccurring issue. Very overpriced- $300+!!

The location is great for both skiing and being in the village, but there is no sound proofing and the loud, drunk people out until 1:30am every night kept us awake. Not ideal for a family vacation, but would probably be great if you are there with friends partying!

The unit was very poor there was no sm table or even a chair or a couch. Just 1 big round chair that was very difficult for 2 people to try and crawl up into & sit togeyjer and it dipped into the middle. Definetly beeded to be replaced with something newet and more practical
We come to whistler every winter for a couple days and this was the first timr weve had a unit like this one. Awful for the cost we pd. Very dissappoibted

The property is very well located withing Whistler village. Shops and restaurants are all at walking distance. We went to Whistler for skiing and walked to the Gondola every morning. Its a 2 minute easy walk from the hotel. Loved it and highly recommend it.

Great stay in a cozy loft room! Clean and comfortable, with easy access to the ski resort, great restaurants, and shopping, all just a short walk away. Didn’t use the pool since it was in another building, but everything else was perfect!
