Good location for what we needed.

First night arrived in Canada. Wanted a slick check-in and nice room and that’s exactly what we got.

Awesome service from the staff. Outstanding!

Overall could be cleaner the shower was a disaster hard to use not functioning properly

The property met my expectations, and I had a comfortable stay!

Didnt like the noisy air conditioner or the fact our shower didnt work at all .

You pay for what you get here in Barrie. You want to stay in a higher end hot

Staff were incredibly friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was done regularly and well, while maintaining respect for my items in the room. In room next to me I had drunken adults yelling until past 12am multiple nights throughout the week. Being on a business trip, this was incredibly frustrating. Complaints were made by multiple people with no real resolution. The guests stay just ended. The Air conditioning inside the unit was either too hot or too cold - woke up multiple times every night to adjust the thermostat The shower I had was very difficult to use (room 106) - It was either boiling hot or freezing cold with little control of temperature in between. I spent approximately 10 minutes adjusting the temperature before I entered each shower. Building is starting to show signs of wear

Pictures showed whirlpool, which was apparently closed for over 6 months, pucture was removed after talking to staff and then told there was no picture next day when talked to day staff, luckily we took a screen shot if picture before it was removed.water drains were boisey all night, fridge had to be unplugged due to noise, door jam and latch had to slam door to close (constantly heard multiple doors needing to be closed like this) overall hotel was not as clean as should be.

Rooms and staff and breakfast were fantastic!! My only complaint- My kids were most excited about a swim in the pool and once we got there we noticed the pool was not clean and definitely did not smell like a pool should. Kids were disappointed.

Couldn't get the shower to work properly. Either freezing cold or scalding hot water. Was there on business. Will never stay there again.

Excellent customer service , the room itself isn’t the cleanest housekeeping does not clean the room only makes the made as it looks like . Comfortable beds . Swimming pool was extremely dirty and not maintained did not allow kids to go swimming in there . Overall it was ok but should have been a lot better especially considering it’s a Marriott hotel . But the good thing is the hotel is central off the 400 and you don’t hear the traffic at all .

I arrived late night, and there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a while, I was given a room which smells musty, I also could hear talking from neighbor room because there is an inside door between the 2 rooms. Then I went to front desk to ask for switching to another room. But the person at front desk left already, no matter how I ring the bell or called the front desk phone number, no one showed up. After waiting for about 15 minutes at the front desk, finally the front desk person returned. So I waited about 30 minutes for checking in and switching room. In the morning when I was trying to use the hair dryer, the hair dryer looks very dirty and then I found a crawling bug on the bathroom countertop, it was disgusting. Also water drained slowly in the bathroom sink, so water was filing up in the sink. The inside part of the plastic shower curtain has two rings not hooked. There is a big gap between the door and door frame, so you can see the light from the hallway and could hear noise from outside. The door has a very tight spring hinge, so I waked up by loudly door closing sound from other rooms in the early morning. Broken carpet and damages on the wall paper. The condition of this hotel can’t match the brand name of Marriott!
