Amazing staff and updated rooms. Breakfast buffet one of the best meals in town and outdoor pool is killer apres!

It was my birthday and they made me feel special, the staff was so helpful, friendly and over all amazing!

Amazing outdoor pools and sauna! Clean and super close to everything in town. The only downside is a paid valet parking is a bit pricy, public parking was about 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

It was not as spacious or beautiful as other Fairmont in Canada, only good thing was ski in and out experience.

The property is severely outdated, with worn-out furniture and shabby decor that makes it feel like you're stepping back in time—just not in a nostalgic way. The carpet in the hallways looked stained, and the room itself had a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. Overall, it felt more like a budget motel than a hotel. For the price, I expected much better. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern stay.

Ski valet need to be more careful with equipment handling.

We had gone on a girls mental health relax trip! Our trip there was crazy with weather and that is nobody’s fault but Mother Nature. I cannot speak high enough about the staff. Service is top notch. Our room was aged. Nothing special. But it was a place to lay our head. Prices are high as they are typically with Fairmont but did not provide the Fairmont experience. While using the spa tub it was murky, not working as in it was not hot, it was not the cleanest scenario. I believe outside is the better choice than in. Pictures were misleading giving a look like the whistler fairmont for their pools and spa tubs. Eucalyptus steam had issues regulating when turned on. And not many amenities in the pool and spa room as is seen in all other Fairmonts. The front entrance was nice. But its style and class ended as an overall experience there. Again - service was impeccable but the hotel itself isn’t worth the high nightly amount it asks for. Sadly when we return to tremblant - this won’t be our hotel choice.

Quintessential ski lodge in amazing village. Staff was great, so convenient to everything. It’s a solid 4 stars.

Had an amazing stay just shocked that wifi was not included in our stay.
