I booked two rooms: one family room with three queen beds and another room with two queen beds. Both rooms were the same size. The family room did not feel spacious; it seemed like they just fit three queen beds into the room, whereas the room with two beds felt more comfortable

It was a 15 mins walk to the falls. Finding parking was easy and the area was good. We wanted halal food and Bravo was right across making it convenient for us. The room, especially the washroom, was not as clean as we expected it to be from the pictures. It’s somewhat a decent room for a night.

Stay here everytime we’re in Niagara. Great staff, great location.

It was an affordable room had 3 bed very helpful to share with family it wasnt elegant but perfect for what we needed. Outside looks sketchy maybe because it need some remodeling but other that it was great for the price and walkable to go to the niagara falls and the stores

the property needs to be renovated, bathrooms are not well cleaned, staff at reception are good

The room was comfortable, nothing fancy. We were out all day so just somewhere to sleep. The location is very convenient to Clifton Hill. The downside is that the carpet needs replacing and or refreshing.

The experience was not at all what i expected. I was never informes that parking was additional 12 per day plus 100 dollars deposit. The batroom and shower curtains were expremely dirty. The room smelled horribly. And the office was closed when we checked out i dropped the keys in the black box sent messages yo see if they received and no answer called the number and no answer so just wasting on my deposit. A/c didn't work either

Good location. Everything is dated. Carpets dirty. Noisy. Can hear people above you stomping on floor. For what you get you should never pay more than $100/night $220/night. NO amenities.

This motel has very basic rooms. There were only two usable plugs. No USB. Lighting was only adequate. The Wi-Fi was difficult to log into, and the staff had no idea how to help me. I persevered and did log in finally. There was a fridge, but no coffee machine, no microwave, no closet, no breakfast nor restaurants close by, and no extra pillows. The television had a lot of channels, but the guide did not work. So finding a something to watch was difficult, so we gave up. However, it was the most inexpensive accommodation available in Niagara Falls. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a short stay, two days at most.

Great location and price. Felt safe. Could be cleaner but I guess that’s what you get for the price. Lady came round every day asking if you need anything more which was nice.
