The front end staff was good. Never had the room i reserved. Had to switch to a different style of room. The beds are horrible one all the springs are shot in the middle of the bed. The other one was like a board. New Queen size bed mattresses are only 300 at Costco. There is no pool area to use. Pool is full of old furniture and air conditioning units. Was told pool is a summer thing but reveiews in summer sat the same thing. In the end all Ican say is you get what you paid for !! Its cheap but dont expect much!

Friendly staff Clean rooms

Had issues with entrance pass cards. Once resolved main entrance door from outside would not fully open due ceiling air vent drooping from. Did bot try reusing this door as vent issue was not resolved. Had to request glass or cups for drinking coffee or tea. No bathroom towels in room had to request same. Response for requests considered to be quite satisfactory. Upon arrival clerk confirmed reservation, took security deposit gave us our door entrance pass Cards pointed direction of outside door. Not overly welcoming feeling. Bathroom toilet paper holder needs complete repair as non existent. Did not try hot tub as we did bring own towels. Did not use continental breakfast as room seemed set up for use as chair’s upside down no staff member around. Had a good sleep and left prior to check out time.

I ended having to cancel my stay and was promised a refund and still haven’t received it

The place is a dive

DISGUSTING Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Pool, yeah right, it was filled with broken microwaves. Breakfast? Inedible. I'm not fussy but this shouldn't even be permitted as a hotel. Half the place is closed down and doors screwed shut. If there's a fire you're dead. Stay away!

Excellent stay & caring staff!

The staff was not happy for check-in or check-out. The hallways are disgusting. Bathroom light was flickering. Was not clean. No coffee, no cups but a coffee maker for show Iguess. Outside power polls for the car plug in rusted off. Not recommended.

Dirty, had to ask for washcloths and toilet paper. Heat/air didn’t work properly. Hair dryer looked dangerous, didn’t use it. No hot water one morning.

The mattress/bed was broken, half the mattress was caved in and missing, we weee woke. Up at 2 am by someone banging on our door looking for their drug dealer. Both pools were closed even after we called the hotel ahead of time and were told they were open and running. There is garbage and junk and broken chairs and bed rails scattered everywhere. Doors do not shut and are not secure at all, letting anyone to come and go. Homeless people staying anywhere they can there

Place to just stay and go

The only clean thing in our room was the bed. The floor had not been vacuumed for who knows how long. There was a used pair of socks behind a chair that were not ours. We had to buy Lysol cleaner to clean all the counters. There were no kitchen coffee supplies, glasses, coffee mugs etc. We asked for supplies which they brought. The cups were the little rinse cups that would cave in when filled with coffee. We bought coffee mugs and glasses. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

Very dirty inside, garbage in stairways, room smelt heavily like smoke even though it was a smoke fee room, people outside doing drugs. Staff was very friendly though.

Room was clean.Staff was nice. But I didn’t have a tv remote in my room, and the wifi works everywhere except my room?! I brought my gaming console but upset because I don’t even get to use it because I don’t have wifi in my room!

Pool not in operation, a/c not working, shower/tub didn’t work. Unclean and bugs in room. Very poor breakfast. Overall terrible!

This hotel was one of my worst experiences I’ve had. I ended up Leaving a day early cause It was such a poor experience. There is no pool to use. The pool is empty and they filled it up with all there extra furniture and microwaves etc. the breakfast bar was a joke. There was no cups or bowls or plates or utensils or anything to put food on. I had to go ask for a plate at the front desk. Nothing to drink except coffee but no cups. And no signs letting you know where to get any. They only had toast, fruit loops and a tiny bit of eggs but nothing to put it on. All the hallways stunk of cigarettes and the carpets are stained and filthy. I had to keep an eye on my car cause there were many homeless in and around the hotel looking inside peoples cars. The rooms weren’t too bad but I didn’t have any shampoo and one set of towels for a four night stay. When I asked for shampoo they said they don’t have any. No one cleaned my room while I was there and no word as to why they didn’t do that. Also the layout of the building is very complicated to get around. I do not recommend this place to any families with kids. Very unsafe place to stay.

The hotel is not maintained or taken care of. Everything from the carpet up was gross. I realize that this particular hotel has been under renovation for a while but that does not give an excuse for the total lack of cleaning. There is no free breakfast as advertised.

Good budget value for a stopover on a road trip

I'm not even daring to try the breakfast based on the conditions of everything else. Our first room smelled bad and had leftover belongings from other people. They "upgraded" us to a suite which only mean larger room but otherwise exactly the same. Pool is completely demolished and they don't advertise it anywhere. Halls ways fulla of stains floor to ceiling. Peeling, chipping, trash in the halls, dirty laundry in the halls. Only reason we didn't leave upon arrival is because I felt bad making my kids jump place to place finding an alternate solution. Will never stay here again.
