Room was not very clean. Bathroom tub didn’t drain properly so showering with water pooling in the tub. Ceiling dirty. Buzzing in the hallway noisy during the night Hotel dated & needs upgrade & good cleaning

Very clean. Had an issue with someone charging a meal to our room from the restaurant, which is They handled it quickly and professionally.

super friendly staff !! clean lobby and nice room with complimentary toiletries and water bottles coffee in the lobby in the morning .. parking is well priced .. restaurant staff very friendly but took a long time to get food, perhaps a little overwhelmed by large group… no pool .

I received my bill from Expedia and saw it was in USD. This was unexpected because the pricing shown during booking did not clearly indicate the currency was USD. As a user in Canada, I anticipated pricing in CAD. Please ensure the currency is explicitly and clearly stated upfront in the future.

No parking available when we arrived. Very small, difficult for cars to manoeuvre.

Someone try to enter our room during the night, Looks like it is supposer to be a communicate room. Really not satisfied!!! we hear talking also, as the room beside us talk really loud… the room was really smaller than 2 years ago. The Window was so dirty… welll I Will not recommanded. The Price really not worth it!!! Without the pool its another really bad point that they closes it!

I communicated with the property before checking in and they were quick to respond and very easy to communicate with! They were extremely accommodating and had quick, helpful answers. Our check-in process was smooth upon arrival. We only had one morning dinning experience which was lovely, if you ask for another style of egg during buffet breakfast service they are happy to make it for you. Which was a huge bonus for us, our daughter is quite picky. An overall lovely experience!

Here’s a tip: I think having a portable wheelchair for injured or disabled guests would make it more convenient for both your staff and guests. I had a broken ankle, and even without the wheelchair, your staff very kindly - and humorously! - figured how to wheel me in and out of the property on a baggage cart. I’m very grateful to them for their help and ingenuity.

Always a good spot if you have something to do in Gatineau. Nothing much around but hey, sorry, it's Gatineau.

Perfectly fine, generic hotel. The room was clean and spacious. However, the room was super dark, even with all the lights turned on. And very loud... The heaters were clicking all night and I had to unplug the fridge to be able to sleep.

Happy employees on staff.

Je ne comprendrai jamais pourquoi les cartes de chambres et les chek in ne sont pas préparés à l avance à cet endroit . Dans tellement d hôtels tu arrives donne ta carte de crédit et tes clés sont prêtes . Cet endroit recommence la liste de questions et le chek in est interminable.

Overall a good stay, unfortunately, we had 2 doors to the rooms next to us. We could hear so clearly the discussions in the next rooms, one of them came back from a dance party and talked till 1 am, the other where more like us and needed to wake up around 6 am. So not really good nights of sleep. Staff at the restaurant and cleaning staff really nice. Staff at the reception where a bit less accommodating, we stayed there for an event where we had to stay a a booth, the Dealer's room closed at the same time we needed to get our car out of the parking lot or we would need to pay 18$ more. We ask if they could accommodate us for 1 more hour and the staff only told us it would depends on the person working the parking at that time and they couldn't confirm with us if we would need or not to pay more for the maybe one hour more (depending on the time to undo the kiosk), Except for that, a good place to stay, easy to go to the Conference Center.
