We had a nice relaxing breakfast on Victoria Day holiday.

Rooms had some cleanliness issues (we had four rooms). Hotel was great otherwise. Staff were good but only one person on reception during check in and out, so some delays and line ups. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. Couple of notes though. - no body wash in bath as it was not refilled. - bathroom was old and could use some renovation. - two low quality plastic cups in the room that you could not even hold them properly in your hand without bending them. - no plastic bag in ice cube bucket. - the shower mate was wet as we entered the room.

Friendly staff and great amenities. We had no issues at all checking in and out. Dan and Thomas were awesome and also were all other staff. Great place to stay. See you all soon.

$100 pet fee for 1 night was excessive.

My spouse and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Canada. We booked this property because the photos online looked very appealing, but unfortunately the actual condition of the hotel did not match our expectations. The biggest issue during our stay was the cleanliness of the room. It did not appear to have been properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it, and the refrigerator still contained a melted ice cream container left behind from a previous guest. This immediately made us question what else may have been overlooked during the cleaning process. The shower also had noticeable brown spots and residue that I personally had to scrub and clean myself before feeling comfortable enough to use it. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of this. In addition, the dresser was damaged and falling apart, and the iron provided was heavily scratched and left black stains on our clothing. Another frustrating issue was the elevator constantly breaking down. At one point, we had to walk up the stairs to the 8th floor, which was very inconvenient. I do want to mention that the staff was welcoming and friendly. One gentleman assisting guests near the elevator was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. The parking was also convenient. Overall, while the staff provided good customer service, the poor cleanliness and maintenance issues greatly affected our experience.

Check in was easy and hassle free. Staff was kind and room was well maintained.

For a Sheraton, I would expect a higher quality. The room was clean, but old. The furnitures are OLD, the bathtub makes sounds (cracking). Only one elevator was working and it was a long weekend and you can imagine the line ups in front of it… However, the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Ivana and the other lovely ladies at breakfast!
