Four Points by Sheraton Moncton

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Excellent onsite restaurant. Gym is good with new equipment. The only thing is I was there during peak season so the price was a bit high in my opinion. Free parking helps. Starbucks is minutes away.

It is not acceptable that in a bilingual city are not able to speak French, especially when a good proportion of tourists are francophone and when just a few words would be sufficient. It demonstrates a lack of sensitivity and customer care from front desk staff and management. In Europe, front desk staff are usually able to speak in more than one language. Management should ensure staff have a minimum mastery of French. As a Canadian client in a bilingual city, I should be served in both official languages. With the tools available on line, there is no excuse for staff not learning French. If I was in their place, I could do their job in more than 4 languages... I would not recommend this hotel due to this significant issue and will ensure everybody going to Moncton is aware of the bad service.

Très bel hôtel, chambres bien entretenues et bien insonorisées. Cependant, je m'étonne de n'avoir pu obtenir aucun service en français à la réception, à Moncton, alors qu'au restaurant il était possible de se faire servir en français. En outre, j'estime qu'un hôtel de ce calibre et de ce prix devrait disposer de machines Nespresso plutôt que de Keurig. Merci, Patrice Bergeron

There was a smell in the room when we got in , we had to open the window to air it out , after supper was better , but we kept it open for the 2 nights , beside that everything was ok

La chambre était propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel à l'accueil est un peu froid, bien que poli. Le prix est un peu élevé pour que le déjeuner ne soit pas inclus.

Well appointed, clean room with a good location

Nice little lobby with faux fireplace. Two elevators (both functional). Room was clean and modern, and there’s an in-room safe. Air conditioning was perfect and adjustable, but windows also open. Parking was easy. Housekeeping staff checked in us daily to ensure our needs were met. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were functional and detergent was available for sale. Only complaint I have is regarding the restaurant as they did not have options that met our dietary requirements or any kid friendly foods. About 10-15 minute drive from suitable restaurants and groceries.
