Beautiful apartment and fantastic location. We were competing at the Royal Winter Fair and it was very handy to be close to Union station, which is just 1 stop away from Exhibition Place. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the laundry facilities.

I booked this property as per description. The night before i receive the check in instructions, right at the bottom it stated "No Television " when I questioned why, she stated I booked one without A TV, It specifically stated there was a TV. So my husband was pretty upset with that. I was ready to go to bed for I had a very early flight. I reached out to hotels.com (no luck to communication by phone) . So eventually the next morning I received an email that they put a tv there. Yes they did but , husband couldn't get it working, don't believe there was any cable. Reached out (no reply) Lovely view/location, could use a little maintenance. Curtain rods ready to fall, fridge door Hedges, light bulbs over vanity . Stains on couch very noticeable .

We had a great stay during the Toronto Marathon weekend. Location is excellent and walkable if you’re exploring the downtown core. Also very close to Union Station. Our host was very helpful, and super available! Some things that could be improved or would make the stay better: - Cleanliness: our unit was not very clean when we arrived and we had to ask for a quick clean-up after check-in. Host very was helpful with this! - Only one key for the unit: we were a group of four with different schedules, so it was difficult to coordinate comings and goings as a group. Host was advised as well

Finding the parking was difficult at night on the first night. One elevator of three didn’t work so they were slow and crowded. Nice room with view and balcony, kitchen, two TVs and comfortable beds. No control over heat and it was too warm. It was clean. Carpet and blinds looked worn. Overall OK but not great. Area had easy walking to many events and interesting places.

The apartment was very spacious great location and every thing you require for self catering Good bar nearby the pint Only disappointed no room to leave luggage had to leave very early for the airport Overall very nice

Switched the property on me the last minute. Ended up having to stay further from my venue

Perfect location for seeing the attractions. Ripley’s aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre are across the street! Excellent restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Extremely busy week with a Jays game every night and a fan expo across the street, area still felt safe and inviting. 5 adults shared the space for 7 days, space was well laid out. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was very accommodating with the small issues we had.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It is literally across the street from Rogers Centre. Having our own kitchen and washer/dryer was a game changer as far as staying in Downtown Toronto to keep the expenses down. If I had to be picky; the suite could use a fresh coat of paint, more than just two pillows for the bed and better frying pans as they are at the end of their life. Other than that it was perfect.

We ended up staying at a different property than the one we booked due to what the owner indicated was wifi issues and the door locking mechanism. The substitute property was in the same neighborhood and met our needs to be close to a concert venue. The location was excellent. The property was clean and had a good bed. The couch was uncomfortable, but that was not important to us. The only issue we had was getting checked in as we did not have the correct code to get the key and it took about 45 minutes to get ahold of the property owner to rectify it. We are not sure how the substitute property compared to the original, but this one met our needs for the 2 night trip.

Lack of charging ports is a simple cheap fix , a few dual purpose receptacles would fix. For entertainment purposes a few local television channels without having to pay for extra would not be a problem to supply. Having said these small issues the property is excellent would definitely be using again. Loved it

Great location to convention center and restaurants plus baseball stadium etc. nice building.

Property was nice and close to Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena and Union Station

We loved this apartment, the photos on the add are not the same but the apartment was even better than the photos. Spacious, quiet, clean. Washer and dryer, coffe brewing machine, toaster. Easy accsess, close to everything. Uber was $10 at max to everything. The hist was amazing at communication. Highly recommend.

The property was fine. Clean and great location. The host contacted me on check in date and provided me with check in instructions which were simple. After checkout , the security deposit remained on my credit card. I contacted the host, who said she had manually released the deposit but after more than a month, it was not returned. I asked her to provide me with confirmation it has been released and she stopped communicating at that point. Im dealing with the deposit with my credit card company now but with the amount of options in the city, I wouldn’t stay here again.

el lugar no expecta seguridad y la persona encargada solo mando el wifi y la puerta no se pudo cerrar, ademas el precio fue exagerado para el lugar,pues tuvimos que gastar bastante dinero en transportacion ya que estabamos lejos del centro
