Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Vancouver-Downtown

The breakfast was simple but satisfying, the room condition was very clean, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. The location was also excellent — we had a wonderful stay.

Good and clean, excellent place

I really liked the location of this hotel because it was close to gas town and the arena. The view was not fantastic because you could not see much water from the rooftop. I did like the hot tub. I wish the hotel was closer to the cruise ships and the Capilano Bridge free shuttle stops. The breakfast crew was great - very attentive to al the guests. I enjoyed my breakfast and my husband said the eggs were well mixed - like most Hampton eggs. They had a good selection at the breakfast and I was pretty happy. The bed was comfy and our room was quiet. Probably would have been 5 stars if this had a better view and a better location. That's not something the hotel could change.

Good experience

This hotel was extremely close to the arenas so was great for our purposes. There was a lot in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator was tricky. Several people had issues with getting the scanners to read the room keys before pressing the floor button. It meant we ended up missing our floor and having to go the opposite direction to get back to it.

Hampton is our go to place to stay nice view in middle of downtown

No coffee in our room, breakfast area is small and was packed. When it was our turn the food was cold. Not good for a premium hotel! The staff at the front counter were very good. However probably wont stay here again after this experience.

It was a very nice hotel. The. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Got a breakfast to go, which was nice since we had an early flight. We were made to feel like we were lying when we checked in and said we didn’t have a car because we had just gotten off a cruise and were leaving the next morning. We were in 710, which was great. However, a lot of noise from either construction outside or the air conditioner. We also smelled cigarette smoke coming through air vents. The lady who checked us out was super nice, as was an Asian employee that opened the door for us and directed us to the lobby and elevator. Restaurant attached to hotel was also excellent

Close to restaurant options. Buses within walking distance. Good breakfast, good amenities.

It was a wonderful stay! rooms are very clean and staff are friendly.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. The mattress was not the most comfortable though.
