It’s a shared accommodation style. The other guests were very welcoming and friendly.
The owner was doing work on the outside of the building but stopped when we came so it was quiet for us. Told us good spots to eat and what to see, very helpful with any questions we had and easy to talk to.

Unfortunately we never received the joining instructions giving us the access code but luckily the helpful parents of the owner were around and everything was sorted.
It was a good half hour walk into the Grenfell Museum so not having a car was a disadvantage.
Great kitchen and laundry facilities

Grossly overpriced for what they offer: noisy, dirty window track, insects/ black bugs in the room and shared bathroom, shared shower facility. Staff was polite and provided detailed info regarding check-in procedure. No staff on-site for check-in.

Rooms were well appointed - great kitchen facilities with lots of dishes & cooking pots/pans etc. Multiple social areas for quiet conversations and more social interactions. The personnel were great - cleaning person excellent and the reputation for Newfoundland friendliness was upheld.
