First room alarm needed fixing kept going off .. 2rm tv would not wort

It is a great place to stay.

This was by far the worst stay ever! Reserved an Executive King size room, when we checked in at 8:30pm the room wasnt clean and we got put in a tiny room with a room with a double bed. People were smoking right outside the door was awful. The cot we hadto getwas stained with urine and smelled terrible, i was so disappointed wirh this reservation i sent the hotel a message requesting a refund it was that bad. On top of it there was a truck outside the window that was running reving on hifh all night! Sounded like it was gonna come through the wall any minute! Im still waiting to hear from the hotel about this..

the room was load with traffic and people coming in

staff is great, room is clean. parking good. psrking lot could use some work.

Not me , my husband stayed. He says close to his event destination, so convenient. He has stayed before and likes the hotel.

Check in was good, wi-fi good, bed is very hard. There is quite a bit of noise from your neighbors, but expected in an older hotel. Good choice if staying in this town, not many options.

Had a booking and they said they had no room for us .on the day we booked.. spent a hour on the phone dealing with Expedia as there was no other rooms in the area and hotel was supposedly fully booked ... night manager was very rude till , Expedia called them , finally got a room after 9pm. Front desk still very rude blaming Expedia for the mix up .. very unprofessional..

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and accessible. Large parking lot.

I booked in this hotel and i forgot my clothes and 1 hr after i checked out..got home i noticed i forgot a set of my clothes and called them asap to let them know.and they said yes it was there.and they gave us the wrong one called back again to let them know.and they said they don't find anything,the heck they cant do anything..but i did my part let them know asap i forgot something.worst service

Very clean & quiet. Restaurant was closed on Sunday - not sure if it is every Sunday.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. All staff I've dealt with has been very friendly and helpful.

Was awoken by a fire alarm around 2:30 AM & the alarm never shut off. Had to leave the hotel @ 3:00 AM.

Very run down and very dirty. Will never stay there again.

Very helpful front desk staff. Included continental breakfast was appreciated.

Was clean comfortable and staff was good.
