I liked the room set up, its spaciousness and cleanliness. However, I did not like that the pillows were way too big for the pillowcases so they stuck out a fair amount. The bathroom/shower was also nice but didn't have anywhere to put your toiletries. The fan in the bathroom also kept turning on randomly, and the heater was also very noisy throughout the night. Lastly, the lamp and USB charger chirped while it was on.

The website picture is misleading. Looks like a decent multi-story hotel. We booked a 400 square foot 2-bed room. We were, however, given a room in a 2-story 1960-vintage motel behind this building. Room was 200 square foot at best. Based on the few cars in the parking lot, there must have been multiple rooms in the main building available. Lastly, when checking in, one gets a $5.00 voucher for a discount on the continental breakfast the next morning. Entries start as $13.95 and you are reminded to leave a tip. How this hotel got a 8.4 visitor experience rating is beyond me. It wasn't even close !!! I'm sure there are better places to stay in Salmon Arm

Terrible. This place needs some serious renos. I arrive only to fond the restaurant os closed for weeks and the breakfast that was incl. with the rate ismt available. Why wasmt there a message sent after I booked to advise me of this. When i requested a room with an ouutskde door i was told; 'we are sold out.' Which was BS 'Your sales manager/GM needs a few pointers and FD staff needs some training

The bed was absolutely terrible (no support, too soft), the window blind was broken and would not coil up, the toilet was too low, the shower had no place to put the soap, etc.

This property is in need of updates and repairs. The room was ok but needs the following - shower door. Shower curtain does not keep the water in and tile is lifting due to water damage. Baseboards are in rough shape. The carpet is stained and dirty. Hot tub was warm - not hot and there is only one.
