The property was great for an overnight stay at the Calgary airport. A 15 minute drive to the airport. We caught the shuttle when we arrived but when we checked into the hotel it was already full for the next morning departure. They only leave every hour so we had to book an Uber. Unfortunate because we booked because of the shuttle service.

Will certainly stay again when we are back in Calgary. Price room amenities, staff, our shuttle, all were excellent. The only improvement I would suggest would be to invest in some improved firmer pillows. :)

Just a one night stay. Traveling through. Only after you make your booking do you find out the pool/hottub are closed for renovations. Room showing wear and not as clean as previous hotels on our trip. Looked like paw prints on one side of cabinet. Price of breakfast went up $10 for two from trip/visit there a year ago.

Prior to check in, I received a call from the hotel that gave me the impression they thought I had already checked in (they asked about my back-to-back booking, but I only had one booking). I suspected they had given my room to someone else in error, and realized their error. When I arrived, I was checked in to a pet friendly room --that had not been cleaned! There was a used pee pad, a wet spot on the carpet, and a partially consumed bottle of water. We were moved to a clean room, and then someone came to fix the clean room instead of the dirty room. Then the desk called to confirm my shuttle service that I had not booked. Overall, very disorganized.

Well, in the early morning, the elevator was out of service but there's no notice, no direction, nothing. We are all in hurry to catch flight that's why we choose to stay in the hotel close by. However, we were trying to use the elevator because of the heavy luggages on 4th floor and waiting for the elevator, before I call the from desk, we didn't even know the elevator was out of service, the staff already know what happened, but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience cause by them… Awesome! We're not gonna choose here anymore.

The alarm went off in the middle of the night to evacuate 4 times of the 3 days I stayed. No pool. No hot tub. No work out room. The restaurant was very good. The people next to my room yelled and argued all night for 2 of the nights. I will never stay there again.
