Very clean and spacious rooms! Pool was cold in the morning and the breakfast needed more options. Great location!

The hotel was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and well put together. Even during renovations, the staff were very accommodating and polite.

It was a wonderful experience with clean upgraded rooms and the kids enjoyed the pool and water slide

Some lobby construction but not an issue. Appreciated we could go in the hot tub after a busy day of shopping.

250 room deposit. The pool area is cold but the pool temperature wasn’t bad.

Do NOT stay at this hotel, horrible customer service and overall not a great place. Our family was just there for a week and after the first night we wanted to leave. Night one , there was dried blood (brownish-red) stain on the sheets on one of the beds, had to ask for new sheets. We were a family of 4 staying in a 2 queen bed room and there was only ever 2 towels left in the bathroom, we had to ask for towels everyday. One day after the room was cleaned one of the beds only had a comforter and pillows, no fitted sheet or sheets were on the bed, I had to ask the reception for a fitted sheet and sheets and had to strip and make our own bed. The pool never had towels, our family and everyone that used the pool had to leave soaking wet through the hall and ask for pool towels at reception, also two days a week the hotel rents the pool out a swim school and the pool is not usable while the school is there because there are so many swim instructors and students ( this is not noted on the hotel website or through Expedia) and there is not sign up in the pool or hotel. While mistakes happen and not every hotel experience is great, there was just so many issues with this place and the staff never seemed to care about it.

There was not enough bath towels for the four people in our party in our room and when asked for more there was none until morning. The bed spread had makeup on it from a previous guest. The hot tub was more of a luke warm tub. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Hotel was remodeling and that's manageable but the overall cleanliness needs more attention to detail.

The hotel has just gone through a beautiful renovation. Our room was large! We were also quite close to the C Train to get downtown - because why would you drive if you can take a train?

We reallt enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. Spent 4 nights, front desk staff were great to deal with. Kids loved the pool with the waterslide and our room was amazing. Breakfast was good as well. The lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and quick to refill all the food/drink options. Thank you

It was going through renovations which was good but it was in the lobby area. The breakfast was good on the week days, but on the weekend people just sat for over an hour visiting friends. so there was no where to eat plus all the food was pretty well all gone.

Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Great for families, especially those who enjoy pool time. Easy quick breakfasts in the morning. At the time of writing this review, the hotel is under major renovations and so far the results look fabulous.
