We went for a family trip. The large areas were great to visit together. The furniture was less comfortable than expected. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest issue we had was lack of hot water. The loud AC kicking in and out was difficult for light sleepers in the group. The contact person did deal with issue as quick as possible, which was nice but would have been nice to been addressed before arriving.

This is the perfect venue for a family gathering while staying in Montreal. Right on Ste-Catherine street. Walking distance to everything. The bedrooms are huge and each have their own bathroom for added privacy. We booked the creative loft and it was perfect for our needs (we were hosting friends and family). Their lofts offer a full kitchen and commercial grade fridge which is convenient when you have catering.

What a luxurious experience. The space is very large and comfortably sleeps 8. There are 4 rooms and each one has a full bathroom with shower and another 2 communal toilets for good measure. The host that greeted us was also very kind and walked us through the entire place. It's a very central location with shops and restaurants everywhere. Lots of overnight parking and we parked at an underground parking lot that was on their recommendation list (2 min walk). I'd definitely recommend this spot for large groups! The only small downside is that the street outside and in the area is completely ripped up due to construction but that's Montreal for you. 10/10!

Nice place

First off my experience with Gaetan was great he was very professional and courteous. He provided all the information/instructions I needed to know with ease. A group of us went down to Montreal for a hockey game. 8 of us enjoyed our stay in the presidential suite. The bedrooms were very spacious and nice with an ensuite in every room. The kitchen and living area is huge with lots of space to entertain. The tv and sound system was awesome for just relaxing and playing cards and having a few drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

Had an excellent experience at this hotel. Very easy check in and check out process. The places was very clean and perfect location in Montreal! Would highly recommend !

Amazing spacious loft that is good for a group of 8 with many ensuite bathroom in each bedroom

Very very comfortable. A lot of room. Definitely would come back over and over. Highly recommend this property. It’s is hard to describe. Pictures do a very good job of showing you what you are getting.

Our stay at Holland Lofts was very good. The apartment was very comfortable and well located on St, Catherines

Huge loft, great location. Clean in general but would need new towels and new sheets for the beds as they seemed old and some were stained. Good customer service.

A group of 8 women stayed here and loved it. Young man taking care of it was very helpful and conscientious. Perfect location in the heart of shopping and dining and only 20 minute walk to Old Montreal.

I don't have any world to describe how amazing this place is. When we first book we taught that the living area in the pictures were part of the Hotel Lobby turns out the whole place is private and was entirely ours. The gentleman that welcome us for the check in explained that this hotel consist in three huge LOFT each of the Lofts occupies the entire floor and they are all 4 bedroom. Each bedroom with their own in suite bathroom. We only spent one night there but we had the best time. Kitchen is fully equipped we had a chef cooking for us recommended by the Hotel.. AMAZING ! if you are looking to spend a good time with your friend of family this is the place to be in Montreal

Amazing place! Perfect place for a large group to stay. Lots of room to entertain and have fun. Like new condition. Host was great to work with. I walked in and smiled knowing it was worth the price.

Fantastic space for a get together for 8 people. Tons of room,quiet and close to tons of shops, restaurants and the Bell Centre.

It's a very spacious penthouse 4BR/5bath space that is right in the heart of downtown Montreal. The living room has a huge TV (at least 70"), a massive kitchen and a Sonos sound system. It's more an apartment than a hotel. the only quirky thing is you have to call 45 min before arriving to check in and out as there is no staff on site. They are very helpful and it works well.

This is a truly beautiful corporate apartment that sleeps 4 with room for corporate events of about 16, but if you're booking this one hotels.com, there's a good chance you won't realise that it's NOT A HOTEL. I got a last minute rate, not realising this, and then had to go pick up a key in between meetings (the rep was 35 minutes late, the receptionist spoke poor english and was not helpful). I then had to sign an 8 page short term lease. Also, you'll pay a $150 cleaning fee that isn't mentioned anywhere in the listing. It's amazing, but don't book it unless you want an event space with 4 double beds.
