We had room 113 which is above a bar. Music played until 3:45 am and we could hear people talking all night below our window. We slept about 3 hours. When we told the reception about this, they told us that it was mentionned on the Expedia website that the room was above a bar. (which we didn't see anywhere on the website). They offered us to change room at the same hotel (which we were afraid that it would be as noisy as this one) or pay extra $60 per night to have a room at their other hotel close to this one. We left after that night and we were charged for the night (even if we didn't sleep!). The minimum they should of offer is to not charge us anything to switch but is seems that it is not the way they do business.

Parking is easily accessible, the staff, especially Louis Charles, was great at offering suggestions and assistance in making this the most comfortable stay.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean.

The staff is welcoming but we can hear the noise from next door very clearly, even snoring at late night, which is not very comfortable for us.

Property was very good location. Staff was very helpful. Baseboard heater in bathroom was excellent. Wood floors were not clean (wife's footprint in shower was dirty). Overall, we would stay there again. Did have to climb stairs, but we knew that when we booked.

Room was ok, a lot of noise even on a wednesday night with the bar downstairs (till 2 am).

There needs to be a fan in the bathroom. The bar was good. Add for the hotel should state that its a walk up. Thankfully the staff helped with our suitcases. Room was clean and comfortable. It would be good if there was a safe to keep important things secure. Staff was polite and very helpful.

Their are old on line videos showing fun, live music, none of which they have in the bar below the rooms. Only one french wine offered at bar and it wasn't local but a bordeaux from France and wasn't very good. No beers except local, so no Bud, Coors, Molson, LaBatt, Millers so if you don't like craft and IPA's you are out of luck. Doors wide open when it's 1 degree Celsius...what, were we born in a barn? Come on man, really! You have to check in at Hotel Le Saint-Paul across the road and no porter to help cross the street with your cruise luggage and take it straight up like 15 narrow steps almost vertical pitch....just ridiculous.

Très beau studio et très bien situé

They said in description that there was no elevator. So I emailed them and said I had recently sprained my ankle. They got back and said they do everything to accommodate us. The hotel was above a bar of the same name but they didn't have anything to do with the hotel. It was confusing trying to find where the entrance was. Our room was 222 so we thought okay one set of steps we can navigate it with my ankle and our luggage. No those first 18 steps got you two the first floor over the bar! And there were two more sets of steps till we got to the top.

Good but narrow stairs were tricky to get large bags up.

Hotel is ok if you’re on a budget.

Très bel hôtel, nous avons adoré. Le seul point négatif, c'est qu'ils n'ont pas de stationnement inclus. Au prix des chambres, on devrait pouvoir stationner notre voiture facilement et gratuitement. C'est la moindre des choses pour un hôtel, que d'avoir un stationnement gratuit pour ses clients.
